Survey On Distribution Of Constitution Of TCM Of The Aduit Population In Hefei,Anhui

Objective:Through this study, to analyze the distribution of constitution of TCM of the adult population in Hefei and influence of different gender, age, diet,work and rest and other factors on constitution of the adult population in Hefei, in order to provide the advising of the health for population in the region.Methods:We used cross-sectional survey method and collected the valid questionnaires among 389 from clinic, home, random sample,and the the population whose age is over 18 and live in Hefei more than five years.Results:1.Among the 389 questionnaires,127persons(representing 32.65%) were peaceful quality while the other 262 persons(representing 67.35%) were biased quality which includs 91 persons(representing 23.39%) in Dampness, 56 persons(representing 14.40%) in Yang Deficiency, 52persons(representing13.37%) in Yin Deficiency,23 persons(representing5.91%) in Qi Stasis, 21 persons(representing 5.40%) in Qi Deficiency,11persons(representing 2.83%) in Blood Stasis, 5 persons(representing1.29%) in Hot and Humid and 3 persons(representing 0.77%) in special intrinsic constitution.2.Compared within sex, partial addicted to diet, different ages, with or without exercise and other factors the differences between the distribution of constitution of TCM was statistically significant(P<0.05), but the differences of the distribution on constitution of TCM is inconspicuous between different occupations, no statistically significance(P> 0.05).3.Statistical analysis showed that 227 persons were peaceful quality and the simple biased quality while the other 162 persons were complicated biased quality(representing 41.65%).The folder biased quality with 2or3 is most, accounting for 19.54% of the total sample and 11.83%respectively.The most prone to folder biased quality from more to less followed by Yang deficiency(26 cases), Qi deficiency(22 cases) and yin deficiency(20 cases). Dampness were most subject folder from, biased quality and the frequency is 31 cases.Conclusion:1. The study found that biased constitution of the adult population to be give priority in Hefei.Compared with Qi Stasis, Qi deficiency, Blood Stasis, Hot and Humid, special intrinsic quality,Dampness deficiency,Yang deficiency,and Yin deficiency were more.2.The results of statistical analysis described as age, sex, work and rest,diet is an important influence factors for quality of adult population in Hefei,and further show that factors of TCM physical is complexity.3.The results of the study shows that the phenomenon of the folder biased quality is very widespread in Hefei,and there will be two kinds and two or more kinds of older biased quality.Dampness deficiency were most subject folder from biased quality,and the most prone to folder biased quality were Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency and yin deficiency.And it further shows that folder from biased constitution of TCM is very common.
