Objective: In this study, the effects of traditional Chinese medicine health management on epigastric pain patients with Yang deficiency and quality of life, physical improvement, satisfaction and recurrence rate were investigated. Methods: 112 cases of epigastric pain patients with Yang deficiency and nature were selected from the department of spleen and stomach diseases of the first affiliated hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine, and 6 cases fell off in the implementation process.106 cases were finally included, with 53 cases in the control group and 53 cases in the intervention group. The control group received routine nursing, health education and guidance after discharge and telephone follow-up for 6 times. The intervention group conducted TCM health management intervention on the basis of the control group, including the establishment of individual TCM health records, the issuance of management manuals and compliance weekly notes, the application of TCM characteristic nursing techniques of thunder fire moxibustion, and the development of TCM health management lectures. In the intervention group,We Chat was supervised and urged throughout the whole process, and We Chat or video were regularly followed up every 2 weeks for a total of 6 times. The entire intervention cycle was 12 weeks. The self-management,self-efficacy,quality of life, body mass index, satisfaction and recurrence rate of epigastric pain were evaluated before and 12 weeks after the intervention. Results: 1.Compared with baseline data before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in general survey data,self-behavior management level,self-efficacy level, quality of life and other observation indicators(P>0.05).2.Comparison of self-management and each dimension: the difference of selfmanagement before and after intervention in the intervention group was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group, the scores of common disease management items in the dimensions of self-efficacy before and after intervention were statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the scores of other items in the two dimensions of self-management behavior and self-efficacy were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After the intervention, the scores of endurance exercise, cognitive symptom management practice, communication with doctors, symptom management and other items in the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in physical exercise scores(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of quality of life: before and after the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in scores of the PF dimension in the intervention group(P >0.05),while there was statistically significant difference in scores of the other 7 dimensions, including RP and physical pain(BP)(P <0.01).The scores of PF and GH before and after intervention in the controlgroup were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),while the scores of the other six dimensions were statistically significant(P < 0.01).After the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in scores of the PF dimensions between the two groups(P >0.05),while there was statistically significant difference in scores of the other 7 dimensions(P <0.05).4.Patients' physique score: the comparison of patients' physique score before and after intervention in the intervention group showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Compared with the control group before and after intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in body mass index(P>0.05).After the intervention, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-8.130,P<0.01).At the same time, before and after the intervention, the declining trend of body mass index in the intervention group was significantly faster than that in the control group.5.Patient satisfaction and long-term efficacy: after the intervention, the total satisfaction rate of patients in the intervention group was 92.45%,while that of the control group was 84.91%.The total satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition, the recurrence rates of long-term efficacy evaluation indexes of the two groups were 5.66% and 18.87%,respectively,and the difference of recurrence rates between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with conventional nursing and health guidance,TCM health management can improve patients' self-management level,self-efficacy,quality of life and satisfaction, improve patients' yang-deficiency physique and reduce the recurrence rate of epigastric pain, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
