Research On The Effect Of Platinum Ten Minutes Self-and-mutual Rescue Training In The Prevention Of Occupation Injury In Enterprise

Objective This study to know about the present situation of having contacted accident and accepting safety training about employees in enterprise in the past.And to know about consciousness about safety employees paid attention to and "platinum ten minutes" concept and skills of self-and-mutual aid they grasped.Then adding "platinum ten minutes" self-and-mutual aid safety training mode into the enterprise safety training for investigation and training to investigate the problems in previous enterprise safety and rescue training,to explore the advantages of this training method,to provide new ideas and new models for enterprise security management and training,to prevent occupational injuries.Methods(?)Subject: Before training,considering the age,gender,education,monthly income,age,marital status,the nature of work strictly in accordance with the inclusion criteria,selected 180 staff randomly from a natural gas manufacturing enterprises that they were from 17 different production departments,including the air branch factory,gasification plant,purification plant,etc.They were surveyed by questionnaire one before training and questionnaire two after training.(?)Research methods: 1.Survey methods: Investigators were trained by the uniform standards,using self-made questionnaire to Investigate staff's safety awareness,basic condition of mastering knowledge and the training effect.Questionnaires were handed out and collected on the spot.They were surveyed by questionnaire one before training and questionnaire two after training.180 questionnaires were handed out before and after the training,173 valid questionnaires were recovered,the effective recovery rate was 96.1%.2.The content of the investigation: questionnaire contents include basic information(age,gender,education,monthly income,age,marital status,the nature of the work,etc.);2.The basic problem(safety awareness,awareness and ability of self-and-mutual aid,opinions and suggestions about the understanding of platinum ten minutes knowledge and the safety training;3.Basic safety knowledge,12 questions(judgement of vital signs,basic knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary resuscitation,electric shock,fire,trampling,poisoning,trauma,hemorrhage,burn and scald,sprain injury and self-and-mutual aid knowledge);questionnaire two joined the training effect evaluation based on the questionnaire one.3 Training methods:Using the theory and technology of platinum ten minutes as the core content,taking the multimedia teaching,strengthen the interactive demonstration experience,and practice combination and other methods of training to train staff.4 Data analysis method: Using Epidata3.1 for data entry and SPSS17.0 software for data analysis.Status survey using descriptive statistics,scores before and after training using the paired t test,the?2 test was used to compare the rate.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results(?)Survey of accidental injuries encountered before and staff's attitude and evaluation to training.44(25.4%)disposed the rescue process of family or colleague about accidental injuries.The accidental injury to minor injuries,including foot sprain,bruise,burn and scald,traffic accidents,falls and so on.More than 90% of the people think it is to meaningful accept safety training and more than 20% of the people think that the mode of training in the past is not ideal;125(72.3%)choose training unit is a main method to gain the knowledge of safety,other methods of training(professional rescue training,network,TV,newspaper,book and other)is auxiliary method.(?)The "platinum ten minutes" knowledge 69(39.9%)had heard of "platinum ten minutes",the proportion to obtain knowledge of "platinum ten minutes " in various channels(TV,newspaper "," network "," people's description "," others")is quite,no statistical difference.There are 133(79.8%)and 152(87.6%)people respectively choose the opportunity of "platinum ten minutes"is left the public,no statistical difference.(?)Employee's safety awareness Safety awareness of employee is improved after training,no statistical difference.Employees usually do not pay attention to learn of safety knowledge actively,negligence work area escape route.(?)Consciousness of self-and-mutual rescue About the question of ”when encountered injury accident" there are162(93.6%)and 165(95.4%)respectively choose to call 120 before and after the training.?2 was 0.501,P = 0.47,no significant difference;Questions of ”colleague unexpected injury in work","encountered faint people whether to help or not on the side of the road ","family or colleagues to meet emergency accidental injuries(harm)".?2 were 23.043,25.073,48.354,P = 0.000,0.000,0.000 respectively,no statistical difference. (?)Skills of self-and-mutual rescue 1.The total score and difference comparison Scores were [25.00 ~ 91.67(58.96 + 15.30)] points,[16.67 ~ 100.00(77.94 + 15.35)] before and after the training.By t test,t=15.058,P = 0.000 < 0.05,Score of training after higher than before.2.The difference of each subject The correct rate of "fire","stampede","poisoning","moving","burn" "judgment of cardiac arrest" judgment of consciousness "," external chest cardiac compression position "," external chest cardiac massage frequency and " twisted " before and after the training had significant difference.(?)Evaluation of training effect 1.Investigation of training on the present situation 165(95.4%)think that it is very practical that they learned knowledge and skills.165(95.4%)think it is very the necessary to get the training of the safety and health education;171(98.8%)think that they can teach some first aid skills and they have been harvested in mastering first aid knowledge and skills,safety awareness and enhancing their confidence.165(95.4%)believe that this safety education training model of platinum ten minutes self-and-mutual rescue is very necessary.And they give a high degree of evaluation on the training,including content,effect,image,language,degree of useful;96.0% of employees believe that combine previous training and "platinum ten minutes" training method is better than the previous method of training;142(82.1%)employees were very satisfied with this training.For a safety training time,people have different views,40 to 50 points appropriate accounted for the highest proportion for 68(39.3%),followed by 1 to 1.5 hours,49(28.3%).2.The opinions and suggestions of the training 109(62.9%)put forward opinions and suggestions,including multi drill simulation,pay attention to the methods of teaching and training,according to the training requirements to train in regular.add self-and-mutual aid awareness,expert or professional member for teaching.3.The aspects most interesed in 138(79.8%)put forward a point of view,including: first aid knowledge,concepts and methods: cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),judgment of vital signs,dissolution of airway foreign body obstruction,lecture form,method and atmosphere(illustrated,strong interaction,participation in exercises,with examples and so on)and platinum ten minutes theory,self-help and mutual aid and timeliness theory.4.The aspects need to improve 69(39.9%)put forward suggestions,including: more practice;enrich the training content,strengthen interaction,lengthening the time for training,emergency case and knowledge,more knowledge and basic knowledge.Conclusion Under the unified management of the country,enterprises have formed a set of complete safety education and training system,to protect the enterprise security operations management and employees work safely.Unit training is the main way for the employees to get safety knowledge.The staff have a certain self defense skills.However,the training in the past was lack of the theory and skills of Medical knowledge,tedious and mechanical.It can not impact the thought of employees deeply.platinum ten minutes self-and-mutual rescue training mode as the new theory and training method in emergency medicine was brought into the enterprise safety training that should pay attention to the popularization of medical basic knowledge of first aid on the base of previous training.Emphasizing self-and-mutual skills and timeliness laws that the innovation of the training mode plays a positive role in both improving previous formal approach to education and changing employee's safety awareness and skill.In the new method,after training,employee's safety awareness,self protective awareness and skills were improved.Staff from the subjective positive the training.Platinum ten minutes theory and knowledge system as wisdom of first aid and self-and-mutual aid that combined with enterprise training to explore the training mode of enterprise occupational injury prevention is a bold attempt and innovation.And it is necessary to bring into enterprise training system.
