Clinical Observation Of Rougan Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Spastic Paralysis After Cerebral Infarction With Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Rougan Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of post-stroke spasticity after cerebral infarction with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide basis for further promotion and application of clinical effective prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:Taking patients with post-stroke spasticity after cerebral infarction with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome as the research object,by designing a randomized controlled clinical trial,using Rougan Tongluo Decoction for intervention,and the efficacy was evaluated by modern scoring methods such as TCM syndrome score table,Robert Lovett muscle strength evaluation method,MAS score,MBI score and NIHSS score.Results: Comparison of upper limb muscle strength: The difference was statistically significant in the treatment group before and after treatment(P< 0.05),there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05),after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of lower limb muscle strength: The difference was statistically significant in the treatment group before and after treatment(P< 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant in the control group before and after treatment((P < 0.05),after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).MAS score comparison: The difference was statistically significant in the treatment group before and after treatment(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).MBI score comparison: The difference was statistically significant in the treatment group before and after treatment(P < 0.01),there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).NIHSS score comparison: The difference was statistically significant in the treatment group before and after treatment(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant in the control group before and after treatment((P < 0.01),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 55.17%.The comparison between the two groups showed significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion: Rougan Tongluo Decoction is effective in improving upper and lower limb muscle strength,activities of daily living,neurological deficit symptoms,limb spasm and TCM syndromes in patients with post-stroke spasticity after cerebral infarction,and is significantly better than the basic treatment group.
