Effects Of Qingnao Yiyuan Decotion On Contents Of Serum BDNF?NGF And VEGF In Patients With Ischemic Cerebral Vascular Disease

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Qingnao Yiyuan Decotion on Ischemic Cerebralvascular Disease(ICD) and its effect on the levels of BDNF?NGF and VEGF of ICD patients.Methods:Sixty ICD patients were divided into treatment group and control group in medical order,30 cases in each group. Control group to be pure western routine therapy. Treatment group to be pure western routine therapy plus Qingnao Yiyuan Decotion.14 days for a period of treatment, two groups of treatment one course of treatment. Neurological severity scale was assessed before and after the treatment to observe the clinical curative effect.The levels of serum BDNF?NGF and VEGF were detected.Results:(1)Before the treatment, two groups of Neurological severity scale and the levels of serum BDNF?NGF and VEGF comparison, there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). (2) Treatment group and control group total effective rate and the TCM symptom total effective rate was 93.3%,75.8% and 90%, respectively,62.1%, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the curative effect was better than control group. (2)After treatment, two set of Neurological severity scale and TCM symptoms integral was decreased (P<0.05), the levels of serum BDNE?NGF and VEGF were increased (P<0.05). (3)Treatment group of Neurological severity scale and TCM symptoms integral lower than the control group (P<0.05), the levels of serum BDNF?NGF and VEGF were higher than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Qingnao Yiyuan Decotion can obviously improve the ICD patients serum BDNF and NGF plays, VEGF levels, reducing the level of nerve function defect and curative effect is superior to pure western medicine treatment group.
