The Clinical Research Of The Mechanism Of Functional Dyspepsia Treated By The Pulse-taking Therapy Of Zhouyixiangshu

Objective: By applying the pulse-taking therapy of Zhouyixiangshu treatment to functional dyspepsia and observing its clinic effect,this paper aims to discuss the mechanism of this therapy,improve the theoretical basis from the TCM aspects,and provide new remedy for functional dyspepsiaMethods: Assigned 80 cases patient who with Functional Dyspepsia into two groups randomly.Patients in Treatment Group(40 cases)were given by the Pulse-taking Therapy of Zhouyixiangshu once a day,every time 15 minutes,seven times per week for a course,total two courses.Patients in Comparative Group(40 cases)taking a pack of Chinese herbs potion a day for two week,each pack drank twice.Observed patients' clinical response about TCM symptom score and GAS and infrared imaging skin temperature.Established a database for statistical analysis by SPSS18.0.Results: According to statistical analysis,the impact on FD patient's serum and GAS without obvious difference before treatment(comparison value P>0.05),after treatment,all patients' GAS rose(comparison value P>0.05);The specific effect on FD patients of two methods were different,Zhouyixiangshu treatment focus on raise the partial point temperature of both side of Pi Wei Jing remote five-shu point,another method focus on raise the partial point temperature of both side of Pi Wei Jing subterminal five-shu point,and the two points comparative value was less than 0.05.Chinese medicine main symptom integral comparison: before treatment,two groups' comparison value P were more than 0.05,both groups' symptom integral without obvious difference,after treatment,both integral values were less than before(P<0.05),but the integral comparison values P between two group was more than 0.05;The Treatment Group total 40 cases,17 cases were recovered,10 cases effective obviously,7 cases effective,6 cases invalid,the total rate of efficiency was 85.00%;The Comparative Group total 40 cases,21 cases recovered,7 cases effective obviously,8 cases effective,4 cases invalid,the total rate of efficiency was 90.00%;After statistics analysis,the effective rate between the two groups without obvious difference(p>0.05),Treatment Group's effective rate was less than Comparative Group a little.Conclusion: Zhouyixiangshu treatment promote GAS secretion better than Chinese herbs potion treatment,affect the partial point temperature of both side of Pi Wei Jing remote five-shu point,which means Zhouyixiangshu treatment can balance the function of Zang and Fu by adjust Jing Luo Xue Wei Jing Qi;both methods have obvious clinical curative effect on Functional dyspepsia.
