The Research Of Illness Experience Of College Students Suffering From Tuberculosis

Objective: Through interviews of college students suffering from tuberculosis,insight into the feelings of the sick of college students suffering from tuberculosis,to identify the impact of this chronic disease on college students' life and study and facing the work,help to develop a targeted intervention measures,can provide reliable theoretical basis for the physical and mental health of the college students suffering from tuberculosis.Method: By describing a phenomenological research methods,adopt the method of purposive sampling,after the informed consent of the respondents,with ten college students suffering from tuberculosis semi-structured in-depth interviews,recording the whole imerview process.Interview content by using Colaizzi analysis method are analyzed.Results: the illness experience of the patients of college students suffering from tuberculosis can be summarized into five themes.1 Theme1-Fragile heart 1.1 Fear of disease 1.2 Feel bad 1.3 Guilty to Parents 2 Theme2-Mistrust of others 2.1 Sensitive,suspicious 2.2 Suspicion 2.3 Conceal the truth 3 Theme3-Fears about the future 3.1 Worries about the future life 3.2 Worries about the future work 3.3 Fears of disease recurrence 3.4 Infectious disease concerns 4 Theme4-Confident frustrated 4.1 Exclusion sympathy 4.2 Tangle4.3 Overly concerned about the views of others 4.4 Theme4-Focus on self 5 Theme5-Focus on self 5.1 Focus on health 5.2 Changing life goals 5.3 Focus on your feelingsConclusion: College students suffering from tuberculosis by the impact of the disease is not conducive to the growth of a lot of psychological feelings.To learn more about their psychological feelings,can provide the knowledge of the disease of the healthy growth to the school,and the school has targeted learning or education for such knowledge to help students grow up healthily.Learn more about the psychological feeling,schools can help students around to deal with this part of the students in the right way,and allowe them to participate in normal social activities,ensure that this part of the students' mental,physical health,establish a healthy outlook on life,values,and prevent them from having psychological feelings that is not conducive to learning,to help them grow up healthy.The psychological feelings of college Students suffering from tuberculosis are affected by the knowledge of disease.When the medical staff show health education on this kind of receptive knowledge capacity crowd,they should inform them more relevant knowledge.Because they are in a state of collective life,they are on the high side in view of infectious diseases.The medical staff should introduce detailed knowledge of the disease at different stages of development of the disease and post-review,and this will help them learn and live with a healthy and positive attitude.
