Clinical Study Of The Thalamic Pain Treated With Combined Medicine Based On Buyang Huanwu Decoction And Gabapentin

Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety for thalamic pain after cerebral infarction treated with combined medicine based on buyang huanwu decoction and gabapentin,Observing the clinical curative effect is to provide a new kind of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for thalamic pain after cerebral infarction.Methods: Sixty-four hospitalized patients who suffer from thalamic pain after cerebral infarction and meet with inclusion criteria of syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis have been divided into the treatment group(32cases)and control group(32cases)at random according to the order of admission.All the hospitalized patients are provided the foundation treatment in accordance with the Guide of Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China(2010)"stroke unit model",including oxygen,respiratory support,nutrition support,platelet aggregation,Control fat stable plaques,improve circulation,clear the free radicals,control of blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids,etc.At the same time,stroke risk factors and complication is treated positively and prevented by strengthening health missionary.The patients of control group were given gabapentin.The patients of treatment group were combined medicine based on buyang huanwu decoction and gabapentin.Each group was treated for 4 weeks.The effects were evaluated with the visual analogue scale(VAS)?pain rating index(PRI)?present pain intensity(PPI)?the clinical total effective rate.Respectively ? and the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,Meanwhile,before and after the treatment,the blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram were performed for the patients of both groups.Results:1?Clinical total effective rate: the treatment group of 10 cases were markedly improved,effective 13 cases,8 no effect,the clinical total effective rate was 74.19%;Effective 9 cases,control group 6cases had marked effect,17 had no effect,the clinical total effective rate was 46.88%.Visible clinical total effective rate in treatment group is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2 ? The VAS? PRI? PPI score decreased significantly after treatment in both the control group(P < 0.05);The decreases of which of the intervention group are more obviously than which of the control group(P < 0.05).Clinical treatment in treatment group total effectiveness is better than the control group(P < 0.01).3 ? The treatment group than the control group improved markedly that Symptoms of TCM comparison of syndromes in physical pain,hyperesthesia,pale,weakness of shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,tongue and pulse condition such as the main symptoms,The total effective rate difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that Buyang-huanwu decoction and gabapentin therapy of TCM syndrome has obviously improved action.Conclusion:1? The combined combined medicine based on buyang huanwu decoction and gabapentin with thalamic pain after stroke curative effect is superior to use of gabapentin in treatment group.2? The combined combined medicine based on buyang huanwu decoction and gabapentin with thalamic pain after stroke can improve the patients with deficiency of blood stasis syndrome.3? The combined combined medicine based on buyang huanwu decoction and gabapentin with thalamic pain after stroke adverse reaction is pure western medicine treatment group decreased significantly,safe and effective.
