The Research Of Application Of Xiaochaihu Modified Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Based The Sanjiao Theory On Professor Lan Qingqiang

Objective: to summarize professor Lan in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B academic thoughts and clinical experience,especially experience summary in based on the theory of the sanjiao(triple energizer)using Xiao Chai Hu decoction to treat chronic hepatitis B.Making the sanjiao(triple energizer)theory clearly as the guiding ideology,on the basis of drug application based on Xiao Chai Hu decoction for treatment of chronic hepatitis B clinical guiding significance.Methods: The cases selected from Guo Yi Tang clinic ruikang hospital outpatient service.Through following up study with professor Lan,collecting106 cases of patients that were treated by Professor Lan Qingqiang using dialectical theory of triple theory to treat chronic hepatitis B and basic recipe in treating patients with Xiaochaihu Decoction.Selected patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,Chinese medicine treatment group 53 people,the control group of 53 people.Treatment group,the foundation of the party for Xiaochaihu Decoction,and then based on the disease characteristics and the accompanying symptoms of the sanjiao(triple energizer)is to add and subtract.Taking Chinese traditional medicine method as a daily pay,water decoction,points in the morning and evening.Back to hospital visit every 1month,3 months for one period of treatment,sharing 2 course of treatment.After completion of each course a second liver two half-and-half,liver function test,determination of hepatitis B virus DNA,B ultrasonic ofabdomen,four liver fibrosis inspection,quality monitoring and safety indicators to determine survival.End of the course of six months after the review of various indicators.Results: Through statistical software to analysis the treatment results showed that the treatment group the main symptoms of the disease clinical manifestations were significantly improved.The normal rate of symptom assessment and treatment group for clinical symptoms,liver function,treatment of the hepatic fibrosis group four normal rate,treatment group virus DNA negative negative conversion rate,quality of life and compared to the control group,treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Treatment groups,HBe Ag negative conversion rate,the treatment group B to improve the situation and the control group no significant difference(P > 0.05).The observation of three routine,ECG and renal function after the treatment of safety index showed that there was no adverse reaction and side effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,and the safety was good.Conclusion : Based on Triple Energizer theory of Professor Lan Qingqiang dialectical treatment of chronic hepatitis B and Xiaochaihu Decoction in Sanjiao theory under the guidance of drug addition and subtraction treatment chronic hepatitis B can significantly improve the main clinical symptoms of chronic hepatitis B,liver function,hepatic fibrosis,improve the physique of patients with hepatitis B,improve the quality of life of the physiological and psychological aspects,has certain guiding significance to the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
