Clinical Study Of Shuli Sanjiao And Yiqi Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Chronic Renal Failure In Non-dialysis Period

Objective:To observe the intervention of Shuli Sanjiao and Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the syndrome of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis in patients with non-dialysis chronic renal failure.SUA),hemoglobin(HGB),plasma albumin(Alb)and TCM syndrome scores,analyze the efficacy of TCM syndromes,changes in Western medicine indicators and evaluate their safety,objectively evaluateShuli Sanjiao and Yiqi Huoxue Recipe for non-dialysis The improvement of the relevant indicators of patients with chronic renal failure in the period,which verified the actual clinical efficacy of this method in the treatment of CRF,and provided a basis for clinical promotion and application.Methods:Sixty patients with non-dialysis period of chronic renal failure(spleen and kidney qi deficiency,blood stasis type)who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and inpatients of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment groups according to the random number table With the control group.The control group was given Niaoduqing granules combined with conventional Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Shuli Sanjiao and Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment.The treatment course of both groups was 3 months.Observe the changes in TCM syndrome scores,renal function indexes(Scr,BUN),SUA,Hb,ALB and other Western medicine indexes before and after the treatment of patients,and then statistically analyze the data obtained before and after treatment to draw conclusions.Results:There were 2 cases of shedding in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group.A total of 57patients completed the case observation(1)Comparison of curative effect of TCM symptoms:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 96.4%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 86.4%..The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)(2)Comparison of TCM symptom scores:After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of-the treatment group and the control group are lower than before treatment,and the results of both groups are statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the TCM symptom score of the treatment group decreased significantly,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of renal function and blood uric acid:after treatment,the creatinine.urea nitrogen,and uric acid in the treatment group and the control group decreased compared with before treatment,and the results of both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared between groups,the creatinine,urea nitrogen,and uric acid in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of hemoglobin and albumin:after treatment,hemoglobin and albumin in the treatment group and the control group increased compared with before treatment,and the results of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups The hemoglobin and albumin in the treatment group increased more significantly than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:(1)Shuli Sanjiao and Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with chronic renal failure during the non-dialysis period(spleen and kidney deficiency,stasis syndrome).(2)Shuli Sanjiao and Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can effectively improve the renal function of patients with chronic renal failure,reduce blood uric acid,correct anemia and malnutrition,thereby delaying the progress of CRF(3)In terms of safety,using Shuli Sanjiao and Yiqi Huoxue Decoction to intervene in the clinical observation of patients with chronic renal failure during non-dialysis period(spleen and kidney deficiency,stasis syndrome),no obvious adverse reactions occurred.
