Objectives To understand the occupational stress, the present situation and the influencing factors of students in a military academy, and provide a reasonable basis for the teaching, training and physical and mental health of the students.Methods According to the selected cluster sampling method of all students, self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among students. The contents of the research include personal basic information, personal general situation, occupational stress inventory (OSI-R), and comprehensive work ability index (CWAI).Results (For P<0.05.)For occupational stress:The scores of the occupational role questionnaire (ORQ), the stress reaction questionnaire (PSQ) and the personal resources questionnaire(PRQ)in the student were (170.6±19.1),(94.1±14.9) and (135.8±21.4) respectively,which were higher than the norm of people. The student had heavier occupational task and stronger stress reaction as compared with the norm of people, but had stronger personal coping resources ability. The single factor analysis showed that the individual factors that influenced the occupational task and stress reaction of students included length of military service,nationality, blood type, BMI, time of admission, family address, smoking and eating habits; Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting occupational task (ORQ) were business stress response (VS), individual response resources (PRQ), interpersonal stress response (IS),in mind (RC), psychological stress reaction (PSY) and whether it was the leader. The main factors of individual stress reaction are the tasks of heavy tasks, the tasks are not appropriate, the task is fuzzy, the task conflict, responsibility, work environment, coping resources, recreation, self-care, social support, rational service, whether smoking, eating habits and BMI. The main factors that affect the individual response to resources (PRQ) are task ambiguity (RA), task RI (), duty (R), occupational task (ORQ), individual stress response (PSQ), eating habits, smoking.For comprehensive work ability:Student CWAI score was 33.83+2.618; Single factor analysis showed that the working ability (C1) impact assessment, physiological state (C2), mental state (C3), social function (C4), work capacity prediction (C5) and comprehensive ability of comprehensive work ability are the main factors for students age, cultural degree, diet habit, drinking, injury, admission time, whether it was the leader; Multivariate analysis showed that the factors influencing the evaluation of working ability (C1) followed by mental state (C3), personal coping resources (PRQ), social function (C4) and the individual stress response (PSQ), the task of discomfort (RI), cultural degree, work ability prediction (C5), whether the injury and social support (SS) and whether it was the leader; The main factors affecting physiological state (C2) were psychological stress reaction (PSY) and task ambiguity (RA); The main factors affect the mental state (C3) followed by social function (C4), personal coping resources (PRQ), psychological stress reaction (PSY), serving ability evaluation (C1), work capacity prediction (C5), rational services (RC) and the individual stress response (PSQ) and entertainment (RE); The main factors affecting the social function status (C4) followed by mental state (C3), serving ability evaluation (C1), rational doing things (RC), task discomfort (RI), selfcare (SC) and social support (SS), business stress reaction (VS) and interpersonal stress reaction (is). The main factors affecting the C5 followed by mental state (C3), fuzzy tasks (RA), leisure and entertainment (RE), serving ability evaluation (C1), role overload (RO), is injured, enrolled in number and eating habits; the main factors affecting the comprehensive work ability followed by years of enrollment and selfcare (SC).Conclusions The occupational stress of soldier is higher than norms, there are many factors that cause occupational stress, research institutions need to be more reasonable in the teaching task, to avoid causing excessive task or conflict, to further improve the school teaching, training and living environment, strengthen students' psychological education and counseling, strengthen health education work, regularly carry out psychological counseling work, reasonable allocation of leisure activities, relaxation of students' mood and other measures, that is to improve students' mental state, psychological state and social functions.Take appropriate intervention measures in the students to focus on high-risk groups, such as smoking, high grade students, the partial students, BMI, overweight students. The combined effect of individual factors, mitigation factors and occupational factors to form occupational stress [12]. As a special group, the students have high occupational stress level, the main factor to affect students' occupational stress, one is to improve students' learning and training environment, adjust their learning training and rest time, eliminate or reduce the damage factor. Two is clear to students learning and training task focus and importance, improve learning and training ability, to reduce RA, RB, RI, three is to strengthen students' interpersonal skills, coordination of students learning training and life, and strive to establish a positive and healthy life style.
