| 1.ObjectiveTo explore the influence and clinical effect of Buzhongyiqi particles on nasal mucosa STAT6 m RNA of rats with spleen deficiency allergic rhinitis.2.MethodAnimal experiment: In VOA 0.03 mg as antigen and aluminum hydroxide powder 30 mg as adjuvant copy the AR model.By means of yellow diarrhea and fatigue method, contr ol diet etc. combined factors of spleen injury caused by spleen deficiency model.Using f luorescence quantitative PCR method to detect protein content of stat6 m RNA in nasa l mucosa of rats. Clinical trials: Selected March 2015 ~ October first affiliated hospita l of Anhui College of traditional Chinese medicine in 60 cases of allergic rhinitis patient s for the study, randomly divided into Gilling treatment and ebastine control group, 30, s topped using drugs, comparative differences between two sets of symptoms after medic ation points.3.ResultsAnimal experiments: Buzhong Yiqi granules group and control group, group of AR and AR compared with spleen, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). A R group and spleen AR group than in the normal group was significantly enhanced stat6 m RNA expression, reducing its expression after treatment. Clinical trial: After thre e weeks of observation, Buzhong Yiqi granules in the treatment group were 56.7%, th e effective rate was 80%, no was 20%; Ebastine control group effective 66.7%, the effec tive rate is 83.3%, is not valid for the 16.7%. By comparison, the two groups had a signi ficant effect, two groups by the Chi-square test, P=0.739,P>0.05, the difference was no t statistically significant, and comparable.4.ConclusionBuzhong Yiqi granules can significantly reduce spleen deficiency type of nasal muco sa in allergic rhinitis rats STAT6 m RNA the protein content Buzhong Yiqi granulesin th e treatment of allergic rhinitis than Ebastine. Buzhong Yiqi granules treatmentwith A R, no obvious adverse effects, in the case of long-term treatment, its long-term use, clini cally is worth promoting. |
