Correlate Study Of Hypertension With TCM Constitution Types In Urumqi

Objective: To explore the characteristics of TCM Syndromes of hypertension crowd in Urumqi city and the influence of national, gender, age, complications, family history, life habits and other factors on TCM syndrome differentiation, and to further explore the relationship between hypertension and TCM syndrome differentiation, and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of hypertension. Method: Randomly selected 967 cases of health examination from January 2012 to 2015 January in Medical Center of Xinjiang autonomous region as the research object, including 492 cases of hypertension crowds, the control group(without hypertension) 475 cases, and to collect the general information, TCM Constitution Types and lifestyle finally, carry out the statistical analysis of the data. Results:(1) there was no significant difference in age,height, weight, gender and nationality in the hypertension group and the control group(P>0.05). The two groups were comparable;(2) patients with essential hypertension were lower than those in control group(P<0.05); the constitution of yin deficiency constitution and phlegm dampness constitution was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);(3) the history of drinking was higher in hypertension group than in control group(P<0.05); the constitution of hypertension group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);(4) the average age of the control group was lower than that of the hypertension(P<0.05). The average age of the control group was lower than that of the hypertension group(P<0.05).The average age of the patients in the control group was lower than that of the hypertension group(P>0.05);(5) the constitution of the patients with hypertension in male was higher than that in female(P<0.05). The male of the male was higher than that of female(P=0.000), and the male was higher than female(P=0.000);(6) the constitution of the minority hypertension patients is higher than that of the Han nationality, the Han nationality is lower than the minority(P=0.000), the blood stasis is higher than that of the Han nationality(P=0.000).(7) the constitution of the smoking group was significantly higher than that of the non smoking group(P=0.000), and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(8) the composition of the hypertensionpatients with hypertension was higher than that of the patients with hypertension, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(9) patients with essential hypertension who are not enough exercise are more than enough exercise. The patients with hypertension who are not enough exercise are more than the patients with high blood pressure. The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(10) there was a family history of hypertension in patients with hypertension, the constitution was greater than those without family history of hypertension, family history of hypertension in patients with hypertension, family history of hypertension in patients with high blood pressure ratio was higher than those without family history of hypertension, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(11) the family history of drinking history, nationality and hypertension were the main factors affecting the constitution of TCM in patients with hypertension. Conclusion:(1) there are differences in the physical constitution between the hypertensive population and the normal population in Urumqi city.(2) in the Urumqi city, whether the constitution of high blood pressure in the population is affected by drinking or nationality, the mechanism may be related to heredity, living environment and so on.
