Urumqi City Residents’ Medical Security Present Situation Investigation And Analysis

Objectives: Through the questionnaire survey to understand Xinjiang Urumqi city residents’ medical security situation,analysis of existing problems,and to further develop regional health planning,rational allocation of health resources,as well as the health reform policy provides an objective basis,formulate and improve improving Urumqi city residents’ medical security level,improve the health of people.Methods: In August 1,2016,using simple random sampling method,extraction of the Tian Shan mountain area of Urumqi,the sand according to buck area,urban area,Shui Mo Gou area,a total of four area based on a questionnaire survey of the 500 families,had an effective questionnaire451 households,totaling 1,381 investigation number.Results: Urumqi residents medical treatment is not very convenient,people born ailment location chosen at ordinary times to go to the hospital at or above the county level shall,on the individual clinics and other institutions service acceptance is very low,even getting ailments,everyone would you like to go to the clinic to a larger hospital;Urumqi city residents’ medical expenses burden way at present is mainly basic medical insurance for urban residents,but did not attend any medical insurance residents accounted for a certain proportion;Residents in outpatient service below the cost for 200 yuan each year,health spending also relatively less;The cost of outpatient service medical treatment allowance every year,is rare,the vast majority of people outpatient costs without subsidies,are all out-of-pocket expenses;Two weeks sick to see a doctor in the majority with the number of self treatment and medical treatment,did not see a doctor and the number of self treatment also account for certain proportion,not a doctor reason mainly self-induction illness light there is no need to see a doctor,sick for two weeks medical clinic main terms of payment are at its own cost.Conclusion: Urumqi now period health services utilization rate is low,health care coverage is still not ideal;The low level of health care,medical and health care investment is insufficient,and health care resource allocation of health resources is not reasonable;Low medicaid expenses;Health consciousness is weak,insufficientrecognition of about their health problems;From these aspects,put forward the need to increase government health investment;To strengthen the government responsibility,improve the level of medical care;Increase health policy propaganda,and efforts to improve the rate of medical insurance;Need to improve the medical security system,improve the overall level of medical service;Increasing health care knowledge propaganda,improve the health consciousness.
