Gastropathy is a common disease which affect health seriously. So far, the doctor usually examine patient using the endoscopy, barium meal, gastric juice analysis or cytology examination. But these means would not only make illness feel painful but also have danger of taking the contagion. Electrogastrography(EGG),as a noninvasive measurement of stomach activity, using surface electrodes positioned over the abdominal surface would not make patient feel painful so that patient could easily accept it. It appears to be very promising technique for clinical or physiologic investigation of stomach activity, compared with current invasive monitoring. In order to research the relation between EGG and gastropathy, this thesis complete several tasks. Firstly, we have build a portable multichannel EGG data-acquisition system which do not need amplifiers and filters. Secondly, considering the characteristics of EGG, we have combined multichannel adaptive enhance algorithm, wavelet transform and spectral analysis to analyze EGG signal. Finally, we have designed and done experiment to acquire EGG signal, then discussed the relation between EGG and gastropathy.The outstanding of this study relies in that a portable multichannel EGG data-acquisition system which does not need amplifiers and filters is designed. The EGG data-acquisition system is usually made up with amplifiers, filters, A/D, singlechip so that its structure is very complicated and it is not portable. But we resolve this problem by using suitable chip which is very suitable to be used to acquire EGG signal.
