Nowadays, due to environmental pollution, food safety, diet, life stress and other factors led to the rapid rise in the incidence of cancer.Each year there are 180 million people die of cancer in China, cancer has been gradually replaced by heart and brain blood vessel disease, and becoming the largest cause of death in both rural and urban population. On the other hand, with the rapid advances in the medical model and medical technology, patients not only emphasis on treatment results, but also more and more attention to spiritual care, so that medical market competition becomes increasingly fierce. In this context, the hospitals in order to understand the true evaluation of their services and the shortcomings that currently exist, at all levels have launched hospital patient satisfaction survey. This special group of cancer patients, because they differ from ordinary patients and suffer great pain, mental stress, economic pressures,so that they put forward higher requirements for the hospital.This paper reviews the customer satisfaction index model and the patient satisfaction model of cancer specialist hospital at home and abroad. On this basis, established a cancer specialist hospital patient satisfaction(CHCSM),which consists of nine structural variables:the image of the hospital, patient expectation, perceived quality, perceived value, perceived fairness, patient pressure, patient satisfaction, patient loyalty, patient complaints.This article randomly selected 400 patients,which come from Cancer Hospital of H province, conducting a questionnaire survey to analyze the needs of cancer patients and existing problems. Use of reliability test, validity test, descriptive analysis, excel database, spss13.0 packages, Likert Scale ten scale method for statistical analysis. The CHCSM questionnaire reliability (0.919) and validity (0.698) are shown to have high reliability, and this model has a high degree of fit.This article uses the CHCSM questionnaire in HuBei Cancer Hospital and finds the impact factors of patient satisfaction, providing suggestions for the management of cancer specialist hospital.Conclusions:The first, Middle-aged male patients are generally have a higher expectation and lower satisfaction, they are easily to complain, and have a greater psychological pressure; The second, Compared with ordinary patients, cancer patients have a lower privacy requirements, but they are more sensitive to the fairness of health care services; The third, to a large extent, family satisfaction will affect patient satisfaction, and even influent patients; The last, family satisfaction will affect patients' loyalty.
