Clinical Research On Yin Chen Jie Du Decoction Adjuvant Therapy Of Neonatal Jaundice With Infectious

objective:Explore the clinical curative effect of Yin chen jie du decoction in the treatment of neonatal jaundice with infectious(Tai Huang,Xie Du syndrome of TCM).At the same time comparative observation Yin chen jie du decoction clinical adverse reactions that may occur,to provide a safe and effective method for the reatment of this disease.Methods:Will conform to the diagnostic standard of 60 cases of full term infants were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group.The experimental group infants adopted Yin chen jie du decoction and conventional therapy(Phototherapy+Cefazolin Sodium for Injection +fluid infusion),The control group only adopted conventional therapy(Phototherapy+Cefazolin Sodium for Injection+fluid infusion).Observed before and after 5 days treatment children with two groups of TCM symptom score, serum total bilirubin, unconjugated bilirubin, hs CRP, the total efficient and so on index changes,and the incidence of adverse reactions such as skin rash, vomit, diarrhea, necrotizing enterocolitis, bilirubin encephalopathy and so on.Then statistical analysis was carried out on the two groups of curative effect.Results: 1.Treatment for five days in the two groups of TCM syndrome score before treatment were decreased, but the experimental group drop degree is better than the control group.2.Treatment for five days, two groups of serum total bilirubin, unconjugated bilirubin levels were decreased compared with before treatment,but experimental group drop degree are more obvious. 3.Two groups after treatment of neonatal infection index-hs CRP levels were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,but through three days treatment the experimental group drop degree is better than the control group, Finally,two groups of hs CRP decline was no statistical difference after five days treatment. 4.the experimental group total effective rate is better than the control group after five days treatment.Conclusion:This study confirmed that Yin chen jie du decoction in the clinical treatment of neonatal jaundice with infectious have good synergy, curative effect is distinct.Also confirmed from Xie Du syndrome treatment of Tai Huang is feasible,enriched the clinical evidence-based medicine of traditional Chinese medicine for Tai Huang, for neonatal jaundice with infectious provides a safe and efficient cooperation of Chinese and western medicine treatment plan.
