| Objective:This study mainly through analyzing the related data collected from two groups of surgery in the preoperative and postoperative Harris score, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative complications, functional recovery, and the relevant function score compared two methods of treatment, the clinical analysis of senile intertrochanteric fractures in the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used two methods of surgical treatment, and then discusses the better, suitable for patients in clinical treatment. Methods:Fifty patients were chosen in study between September 2012 and Septe mber 2012 in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated ho spital. It will be randomly divided into two groups, A group and B group,25 cases in each group. A group were treated with PFNA internal fixation for trea tment, group B with hemiarthroplasty for treatment.two groups of patients beg an to collect and record the Harris score results from preoperative, observed an d recorded the operation time intraoperative bleeding volume postoperative observa tion and record the postoperative hip joint function recovery, postoperative after th e next time, the postoperative excellent rate, postoperative complications, postopera tive Harris score. Before and after treatment (before and after the operation) p reoperative observation indexes:1, the general observation:the case of gender, a ge,operation site, X-ray typing; 2, preoperative Harris score;by comparing the tw o different operation modes of the preoperative and postoperative Harris score, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative complications, post operative down time after operation, the excellent and good rate, postoperative Harris score. Results:Fifty patients devided into A and B group and all follow-up. A group and B group, the preoperative and postoperative Harris score compared with statistical significance (p<0.05), A group and B group of patients before and after Harris score compared with no statistical significance (p>0.05), A group compared with B group, the operation time was statistically significant (p<0.05), A group and the B group of intraoperative hemorrhage compared withstatistical significance (p<0.01), A group and B group by time compared with statistical significance (p<0.05), A group and B group, the postoperative complications compared with no statistical significance (p>0.05), A group and B group were after the excellent and good rate was compared with no statistical significance (p>0.05).Conclusion:PFNA and hemiarthroplasty is the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures of the effective method, PFNA with shorter operation time, less bleeding during the operation of the advantages, to better effect in patients with severe osteoporosis; hemiarthroplasty relatively early on fields, is a good option for special circumstances. |
