Since 2009 April the country began to implement the deepening medical and health system reform, it has made significant progress, especially in the policy mechanism, system, has achieved initial success, and completed the objectives and tasks of the stage, in this respect, the public hospital plays a vital role, especially the assets.Public hospital assets are owned or used by the unit can be measured in monetary terms, and bring some social and economic benefits of economic resources to the hospital, it is the basis for survival and development of the hospital material. So, the importance and necessity of asset operation and management is evident, and the social concerns more on it. The main research of public hospital asset management is the asset allocation situation, how to use the assets of the hospital’s social and economic benefits to give what kind of contribution and impact, what problems exist in assets under management, In order to put forward measures and suggestions for optimizing the allocation of assets, improving asset utilization efficiency, strengthening asset management.
