On The Hui Medicine Human Resources Sharing System

Background In 2008, the State Council proposed “vigorously support the development of the Hui medicine”,but the developments of Hui medicine are not so good, lacking of talents and the distribution and configuration of human resources is not reasonable. So, the innovation and development and resource integration for the Hui medicine is very important.Objectives For realizing Hui medicine Human Resources Sharing, and promote the Hui medicine orderly development, put forward the five kinds of Hui medicine human resources sharing mechanism from the perspective of management. In order to make the mechanism operational and had good cross-regional adaptability, based on the extended MDA software paradigm and UML modeling tools,this article studied Hui medicine Human Resources Sharing System models.Methods Through comparative research,this article analyzed reasons for the slow development and trouble of the Hui medicine. Firstly, making the large public hospital and small and medium-sized private hospital as the break through point, we analyzed the human resource status and sharing mechanism of the Hui medicine from the perspective of m anagement, and then compared the current medical human resource sharing system of all ethnic groups. MDA is a new software development methodology, based on the extended MDA software paradigm and UML modeling tools, this article studied the Hui medicine Human Resources Sharing System models and put forward the principle and evolution mechanism of the database table schema.Results The software ran depended on the data and code.The data was stored in a database table, and the code came from class diagram and sequence diagram. In the process of modeling, the system generated class diagram and sequence diagram, and then developed data base table schema. This article also explores the form of the schema of database tables in these models, especially the evolution mechanism of the database table schema, and Put forward the principle and steps of the database table schema, to perfect the modeling mechanism of the MDA software paradigm. Finally, to verify its feasibility, the mechanism was applied to the case of Hui medicine Human Resources Sharing System.
