| As the supplement to the basic medical insurance for urban workers in China, The enterprise subsidiary medical insurance is an important part of medical security system. With the improvement of people’s living standard,the worker health demands are rising. However, the basic medical insurance is not enough for serious illness. The ability of the medical insurance institution for risk-sharing still need to strengthen further. Therefore, enterprises are establishing and implementing the supplementary medical insurance to attract talent and retain human resource. China Railway SIYUAN Survey And Design Group co., LPD.(SIYUAN for short) hope through establishing and implementing the enterprise subsidiary medical insurance, as a staff welfare, to effectively improve the deficiency of the basic medical insurance system, alleviate the pressure of the employees’ health, increase employees’ organizational identification and employee satisfaction.This paper selected the enterprise subsidiary medical insurance of SIYUAN as the research object, on the bases of the analysis of national policy, and the environment of SIYUAN such as the staff medical pressure, we demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of SIYUAN establishing and implementing the enterprise subsidiary medical insurance system; Then, based on the good experience at home and abroad of supplementary medical insurance model, combined with the actual situation of SIYUAN as well, we discussed the suitable supplementary medical insurance model for SIYUAN; Finally, based on the detailed investigation about SIYUAN, we proposed the enterprise subsidiary medical insurance project and the implementation of the specific conditions. Besides reviewing the enterprise subsidiary medical insurance, as well as the research achievements in the field of health insurance at the same time, this paper has certain theoretical contributions to the current medical insurance fields. At the same time, the research results of this paper also has practical guiding significance for the enterprise subsidiary medical insurance of SIYUAN. |
