| Objective:To observe how Shenqi Buxin pill influence of serum on the rat model of coronary heart disease APN?LP-PLA2 level to study the mechanism and effect of Shenqi Buxin pill.Methods: 60 rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group, Xintong oral liquid group and high dose of Shenqi Buxin pill group,middle dose of Shenqi Buxin pill group,low dose of Shenqi Buxin pill group, 10 rats in each group. Using in Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay find how Shenqi Buxin pill influence of serum on the rat model of coronary heart disease APN?LP-PLA2 level.Results: Compared with the control group, The model control group rats serum adiponectin(APN) levels decreased, While The lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2) level rise,there was a significant differences(P<0.05); Compared with the model group,Xintong oral liquid group, Shenqi buxinwan each dose group rats serum adiponectin(APN) levels rise, while The rat serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2) decreased, there were significant difference(P<0.05); Compared with Xintong oral liquid group, the high and middle dose groups of Shenqi Buxin Pill Adiponectin(APN) level rise, while The lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2) levels decreased,There were significant differences(P<0.05);Compared With Shenqi Buxin pills model and low dose group,The high dose group of adiponectin(APN) level rise, while The lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2) levels decreased, There were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions: Shenqi Buxin pills can rise serum APN levels in rat model with coronary heart disease, Reduce the level of LP-PLA2, Reduce vascular endothelial inflammation, anti vascular endothelial injury, protective effect on hypoxic ischemic myocardium. |
