| Objective:Through the observation of ShenQiBuXin Pill on vascular endothelial growth factor in the rat model of myocardial ischemia(VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) protein expressions, to investigate the role and mechanism of ShenQiBuXin pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group, XinTong oral liquid group and high dose of ShenQiBuXin pill group,middle dose of ShenQiBuXin pill group,low dose of ShenQiBuXin pill group, 10 rats in each group. Using immunohistochemical technique to observe the effects of ShenQiBuXin Pill on VEGF, bFGF expression in ratmodel with coronary heart disease.Results: Compared with blank control group, model control group, ShenQiBuXin pill every dose group, the heart through the expression of VEGF and bFGF oral liquid group there were significant differences(P < 0.05); Compared with model control group, the heart oral liquid group, ShenQiBuXin pill for high, medium and low dose group, the expression of VEGF and bFGF has significant difference(P < 0.05); Compared with heart tong oral liquid group of ShenQiBuXin pill for high, middle dose group, the expression of VEGF and bFGF has significant difference(P < 0.05); And low dose group, the expression of VEGF and bFGF is not obvious difference(P > 0.05); Through the above results, it can be seen that ShenQiBuXin pill can improve the expression of VEGF, bFGF protein, VEGF, bFGF can promote vascular endothelial cell proliferation and repair, promote myocardial ischemia area surrounding vascularization, the expression of VEGF and bFGF in myocardial tissue and drug concentration was a positive correlation.Conclusion:1, ShenQiBuXin pill can improve the expression of VEGF and bFGF protein coronary heart disease(CHD) model rats.2, ShenQiBuXin pill affect the expression of VEGF and bFGF to improve rat ischemic myocardial blood supply and vascular endothelial repair. |
