Objective: To explore the correlation between serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)level and coronary heart disease.Methods:362 patients who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Yongzhou Central Hospital from March 2017 to October 2017,Suspected chest pain, coronary angiography(CAG)was performed, and the level of serum Lp-PLA2 was measured at the same time, and conformed to the standard of admission. All patients were examined with blood bioch-emistry(liver and kidney function, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, thyroid function, etc). In this experiment, four groups were used:(1)according to the expert suggestion of lipoprotein related phospholipase A2 clinical application, the level of Serum lp-PLA2 > 175ng/ml as high level group,?175ng/ml as normal group[ 1-2 ].(2)According to the clinical types of coronary heart disease, the patients were divided into four subgroups: normal group, stable angina group, unstable angina pectoris group, acute myocardial infarction group.(3)According to the results of coronary angiography, the patients were divided into five groups: normal group, atherosclerosis group, single vessel lesion group, double vessel lesion group and three vessel lesion group.(4)According to the results of coronary angiography,Gensini score was used and divided into four groups: mild lesion group(0~<20 points)?moderate lesion group(20~ < 40 points)?severe lesion group, the scores of(40 ~ <60 points)and extremely severe lesion group(?60 points). The level of Serum Lp-PLA2 was measured by ELISA method.Comparison of Lp-PLA2 levels between different clinical types of coronary heart disease and normal group; The levels of Lp-PLA2 were compared in different coronary lesions group and normal group;Compare the Lp-PLA2 levels between each Gensini integral group and between normal groups.SPSS20.0 statistical software is used to analyze and process data. The correlation between the level of Lp-PLA2 and Gensini integral was studied by Spearman rank correlation analysis. The risk factors of coronary heart disease were analyzed by Logistic stepwise regression analysis. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results:(1)The incidence of coronary heart disease in high Lp-PLA2 group was higher than that in normal group;(2)The levels of Lp-PLA2 in each clinical type of coronary heart disease group and normal group: the clinical type of coronary heart disease group > the normal group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the stable angina group<unstable angina pectoris group<acute myocardial infarction group, and every comparison between the two,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)The levels of Lp-PLA2 in each coronary artery lesion group and normal group: each coronary artery lesion group > normal group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),in which the atherosclerosis group < single vessel lesion group < double vessel lesion group < three vessel lesion group, and each of the two groups was compared. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(4)Lp-PLA2 level of each Gensini integral group and normal group: normal group < each Gensini integral group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).the scores of(0 ~ < 20)group < the scores of(20~ < 40)group < the scores of(40 ~ < 60)group < the scores of(?60)group,And every comparison between the two,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(5)There was a positive correlation between serum Lp-PLA2 level and gensini score, and the correlation coefficient was r = 0.861(P < 0.05),that is,serum Lp-PLA2 level was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease.(6)Age,sex,smoking,high blood pressure, dyslipidemia, obesity, diabetes, hyperhomocysteinemia, and high Lp-PLA2 levels are risk factors for coronary heart disease.Conclusions:(1)The high level of Lp-PLA2 is a risk factor for coronary heart disease;(2)The level of serum Lp-PLA2 is closely related to the clinical type of coronary heart disease;(3)The level of serum Lp-PLA2 is positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease.
