| BackgroundWith the increasing number of patients with coronary heart disease in recent years,coronary heart disease has become one of the major diseases that endanger human health.People's quality of life as well as the way of life has changed,the mortality of coronary heart disease also increased gradually.Coronary intervention percutaneous(PCI)has become an important treatment method for coronary heart disease with the continuous deepening of the medical research on coronary heart disease.ObjectiveTo explore the combination of Quyuningxin Pill treatment and long-term clinical efficacy and safety of coronary heart disease patients after PCI,the role of traditional Chinese medicine has the efficacy of the observation of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation in patients with cardiac recovery of coronary heart disease patients after PCI and the influence on the quality of life of patients.MethodsIn 211 PCI cases from June 2014-2015 Department of Cardiology Anyang People's Hospital in December two in hospital after standard of acute coronary syndrome of coronary heart disease patients as the research object,randomized,double blind method were selected and were divided into 2 groups.In the experimental group,106 cases were treated with conventional western medicine combined with Quyuningxin Pill,and the control group were treated with routine western medicine combined with placebo for 105 cases.1 years of follow-up,according to the Seattle angina questionnaire and coronary heart disease of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine survival wereevaluated in two groups before and after treatment on quality of life and body function;NYHA classification standard of assessment of heart function improvement after treatment in two groups;measured by echocardiography in two groups of left ventricular ejection fraction;the experimental group was given blood routine,urine routine and liver and kidney function test,observation of patient safety.Research data entry computer,statistical analysis of SPSS17.0 statistical software.Result1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in all dimensions and total score of SAQ in the two groups(P > 0.05);after 12 months of treatment,the experimental group of physical activity is limited(69.72±5.11),angina stability(87.20±13.04),treatment satisfaction(84.53±10.67)was significantly higher than the scores of 3 compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Before the treatment,quality of life scale of each dimension and the comprehensive score had no significant difference with two groups of coronary heart disease of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine(P > 0.05),after 12 months of treatment,the experimental group of mental health(68.82±9.10)and social(87.88±9.53)2 dimensions were significantly higher than those in the control group,there was statistical significance the difference(P < 0.05).3.NYHA classification no significant differences between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),after 12 months of treatment,the experimental group NYHA 93 cases of grade I(87.74%),NYHA II 13 cases(12.26%),0 cases of grade NHAIII-IV(0%),the heart function improved significantly better than control group(P < 0.05).The average effective time of the experimental group was(6.43±2.23)weeks,the average effective time was(10.53±2.21)weeks,the two indicators were better than the control group(P <0.05).4.In the experimental group,the left ventricular ejection fraction(69.17±7.51)was significantly better than that of the control group(63.20±8.35),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Routine blood test,blood coagulation function,urine routine,liver and kidney function were not changed obviously in the experimental group after treatment,showed no significant difference compared with before treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion1.Patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy has given Guanxinping efficacy of quyuningxin pill can effectively improve the patients with fatigue,weakness and other symptoms,to reduce the attack frequency of angina pectoris,has a positive significance to improve heart function.2.Quyuningxin pill combined with conventional western medicine therapy can improved coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with limited physical conditions,improve their mental health level,social skills,help patients with stable angina pectoris,improve the quality of life.3.Interventional therapy of coronary heart disease combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention will not cause the abnormal physiological indexes,which indicate that the patient is well tolerated and safe drug use. |
