| Objective:Observe the clinical effect of pulse-invigorating and heart-nourishing pill on the angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (qi-yin deficiency), and the effect on BNP and hs-cTnT, to further evaluate its effectiveness. And discuss its effects on myocardial injury repair function for providing the effect of basis to expand its clinical application.Methods:Select 20 patients who meet the standards of diagnostic criteria and signed the informed consent from cardiovascular two and four department outpatient service of Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital.Adopting the principle of radom, double-blind, placebo-controlled, the patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group according to 1:1. The trial group were given standard western medicine treatment and pulse-invigorating and heart-nourishing pill,40 grains each time,2 times a day.The control group were given standard western medicine treatment and placebo,40 grains each time,2 times a day The course of treatment was 12 weeks. Observe the treatment of TCM syndrome, electrocardiogram change, the change of the BNP and hs-cTnT level before and after the treatment.Results:1. The aspect of TCM syndrome:After the treatment, the two groups of TCM syndrome integral decreased obviously compared with the prior treatment.There had significant difference in the trail group (p< 0.01). The difference had statistically significance in the control group (p< 0.05). On the aspect of total integral, the trial group decreased obviously compared with the control group. And the total integral between the two groups had statistically significance (p<0.05). After the treatment, the total effective rate of the trial group on the TCM syndrome was 87.5%, and the total effective rate of the control group on the TCM syndrome was 33.3%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (p< 0.05).2. The change of electrocardiogram:After the treatment, the total effective rate of the trial group on the electrocardiogram was 75.0%, and the total effective rate of the control group on the electrocardiogram was 33.3%. Trial group was better than the control group, the differences of the curative effect between two groups have statistical significance (p< 0.05).3. The BNP and hs-cTnT:After the treatment,the BNP of the trail group and the control group had no obvious change compared with the prior treatment.There was no statistically significant difference in the group (p> 0.05).Compared with control group, the BNP of trail group had no significant difference between two groups(p> 0.05). After the treatment,the hs-cTnT of the trail group control group had no obvious change compared with the prior treatment.There was no statistically significant difference in the group (p> 0.05).Compared with control group, the hs-cTnT of trail group had no significant difference between two groups(p>0.05). Conclusion:1. The pulse-invigorating and heart-nourishing pill can improve obviously the TCM syndrome of the patients with coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris (qi-yin deficiency).2. The pulse-invigorating and heart-nourishing pill can improve the ischemic changes of electrocardiogram obviously on coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris (qi-yin deficiency).3. The pulse-invigorating and heart-nourishing pill has no obvious effect on the BNP and hs-cTnT for the patients with stable angina of coronary heart disease (qi-yin deficiency). |
