Objective: The Objective of this study is to demonstrate the feasibility, safety and effect of the laparoscopic ventral incisional hernia augmentation repair. Methodes : The cilinical data of 91 patients with incisional hernia who were treated in our hospital from June 2010 to October 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. There were 51 patients were treated with Laparoscopic ventral hernia augmentation repair. 40 patients were treated with Laparoscopic ventral hernia bridging repair. The operation time, the postoperative hospitalization times, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative activity time, hospitalization time, postoperative complications, recurrence, bulging phenomenon in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: no difference was noticed between the two groups in age, gender, body mass index, incisional hernia diameter, postoperative hospitalization times, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative activity time, hospitalization time. In the AG group, 1 cases were serum, there are no wound infection patient in this group. In the BG group,8 cases were serum and 1case were wound infection.48 cases in the AG group were followed-up for 3monthes to 52 monthes, there were 1 case had recurrence, the recurrence rate was 2.08%.there were no bulging phenomenon.38 cases in the BG group were followed-up for 3monthes to 52 monthes, there were 6 case had a recurrence, the recurrence rate was 15.78%.there were 8 patients had bulging phenomenon.the bulging phenomenon rate was 21%.Conclusion To compared with BG,the AG had lower the rate of recurrence, serum and bulging phenomenon. In addition, it also directly improve the patient’s satisfaction, beautiful effect, restore the function of the abdominal wall. Is a safe and effective operation method.
