Percutaneous Radiofrequency Keratoplasty Treating Cervical Intervertebral Disc Herniation Of Nucleus Pulposus And Influence Factors Analysis

Objective By reviewing the cases of percutaneous nucleoplasty clinical curative effect for the1 treatment of cervical disc herniation, influence factors and to discuss further with use value. Methods 16 cases from 2011 June to 2013 August in our department were disc disease, At the age of 44-73 years old, average ages is 54.6 years old, including 13 cases under the age of 65. All the patients used low temperature plasma radiofrequency nucleoplasty treatment, including 2 cases of radiofrequency ablation combined with cervical anterior discectomy and spinal canal decompression, operation time, bleeding volume calculation, hospitalization time, preoperative and postoperative cervical flexion and lateral flexion angle changes, the follow-up to improve the situation, the main symptoms as well as in the preoperative, postoperative 1D,3 months,1 years of pain was analyzed according to VAS scoring, the postoperative clinical curative effect standard follow-up reference Macnab standards. Results The patients underwent radiofrequency or combined lumbar discectomy in the average operation time was 40.5min, the average amount of bleeding was 2.3ml,the amount of bleeding except 2 cases of open operation were 50ml, hospitalization time (4-15) d, preoperative cervical flexion in the range of (21.2 ± 3.7) °, lateral flexion range in (12.5 ± 2.5) °, flexion range of cervical spine surgery (29.6 ± 3.2) °, lateral flexion range (18.6 ± 2.9) °, follow-up of cervical flexion range (37 ± 3.3) °, lateral flexion range (33.1 ± 3.5) °,postoperative and follow-up when compared with preoperative difference has statistics significance (P<0.05). The mean preoperative VAS score (6.5 ± 1.5), first days after operation, the average (2.8 ± 0.5),3 months after operation (2.5 ± 0.3), (1.5 ± 0.3) follow-up on average, with statistical significance before and after operation, VAS score difference (P<0.05), and followed up for 6-28 months. On the basis of Macnab standard: excellent in 10 cases, good in 5 cases,1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 93.8%. Conclusions RF nucleoplasty treatment for nerve root cervical disc herniation curative effect, while for the mixed type of cervical spondylosis and this method can be used as an adjuvant therapy, to some extent, can alleviate clinical symptoms.At the same time, age and grade of disc degeneration between Miyazaki might be the influence factors of postoperative effect.
