The Clinical Study On Lumbar Disc Heriation By Treatment Of Jiaji Points Injection With Xiang-dan Injecta

Objective:The aim of this study is to use Jiaji points with Xiang Dan injecta therapy of oral anti-inflammatory painkillers, traction and absolute bed rest to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by objective evaluation xiang Dan injection clip ridge with conventional acupuncture point injection therapy of oral anti-inflammatory painkillers, traction and absolute bed rest and regular treatment of oral anti-inflammatory painkillers, traction and absolute rest in bed for the clinical curative effect of lumbar disc prolapse, and aims to guide clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion optimized treatment plan to provide theoretical support.Methods:According to the standards of inclusion criteria, select80patients with lumbar disc prolapse during Jan2012to Oct2012,adopt the method of randomized non-blind parallel controlled cases were divided into observation group40cases and control group40cases,Observation period, on the basis of control group in the control group treatment to Jiaji points with Xiang Dan injecta. Observed the two groups before treatment and after2weeks,3months after treatment on two groups respectively used JOA low back pain score, VAS pain scoring method to collect clinical data, clinical curative effect observation, assessment, and safety and statistical analysis.Results:1. The observation group and the control group of gender, age group and the control group and observation duration distribution there is no significant difference.2. JOA low back pain score:before treatment group score is7～15points, with an average of11.13±1.14points; In the control group before treatment score is6-16points, with an average of11.13±1.56points; and treatment group score is10-17points, with an average of17.83±1.20points;2weeks after treatment control group score is12～18points, with an average of16.05±1.58points; and treatment group score is12～24points, with an average of 19.18±0.98points; and control group score is11-20points, with an average of18.55±1.11.3. The VAS pain score:4～10points for observation group score before treatment, with an average of7.95±1.43points; In the control group before treatment scale of4-10points, with an average of8.03±1.27points;2weeks after treatment group score for3-8points, with an average of2.55±0.50points;2weeks in the control group after treatment scores of4-9points, with an average of4.23±0.92points; Observation group3months after treatment scores of0-8points, with an average of1.40±0.63points;3months after treatment control group score is0-9points, with an average of2.30±0.61. Two sets of scores existed significant difference.4. The clinical efficacy and safety evaluation:2weeks after treatment, the cure of17cases of observation group,20cases got improvement,3cases were invalid, effective rate was92.5%, the cure rate42.5%;9cases of control group cure and improvement in25cases,6cases were not cured, effective rate was85%, the cure rate22.5%;3months after treatment, control group cure25cases,13cases improved,2cases were invalid, effective rate was95%, the cure rate62.5%; Control group cure14cases, improvement in22cases,4cases were invalid, effective rate was90%, the cure rate35%; Two groups total effective rate and cure rate exist significant differences. Two groups of adverse reactions did not happen and unexpected events.Conclusion:Jiaji points with Xiang Dan injecta combined oral anti-inflammatory painkillers, traction and absolute rest in bed for routine therapy efficacy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion better than oral anti-inflammatory painkillers, traction and absolute rest in bed for routine treatment group, and safe and reliable, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
