To Analyze The The Risk Factors Of Senile Degenerated Heart Valve Diseases

Objective:To analyze the the risk factors of Senile calcified valvular diseases Methods:A total of More than60years of age553patients who under transthoracicechocardiography(TTE)were divided into two groups:338cases with Senile degenerated heart valve diseases (SDHVD)and215cases without Senile degenerated heart valve diseases (NSDHVD). General data such as sex,age, body mass index (bmi), carotid artery intima-media thickness and hypertension history, results of blood test such as Iipid and homocysteine(HCY)level were recorded. Analyzed the risk factors of calcified valvular disease.Results:In338SDHVD group,only the aortic valve involved is287cases (84.9%), only the mitral valve involved is17cases (5.0%),At the same time involving the mitral and aortic valve are34cases (10.1%). Pulmonary valve and tricuspid valve are not found involved.In NSDHVD versus SDHVD group, age were66.09±6.79years vs74.56±6.86years,P=0.000, BMI were2.68±3.42kg/m2vs2.56±3.38m2,P=0.000, Vitamin B12were434.07±209.18ng/1vs461.43±297.68,P=0.240, folic acid were7.54±6.04ug vs6.42±3.89uguP=0.009,HCY werel2.59±5.40?mol/L vs15.46±11.78?mol/1,P=0.001,TC were5.55±1.09mmol/1vs4.88±5.81mmol/1,P=0.441,TG werel.58±0.52mmol/1vs1.38±0.74mmol/1,P=0.001, HDL-C were1.13±0.29mmol/l vsl.20±0.35mmol/1,P=0.013, LDL-C were2.90±0.84mmol/1vs3.43±6.54mmol/1, P=0.238, women were127(41.4%) cases vs140(59.1%) cases,P=0.000, hypertension patients were73(34.0%) cases vs262(77.5%) cases,P=0.000, diabetes mellitus patients were82(38.1%)cases vs247(73.1%) cases,P=0.000,Carotid artery intima-media thickness patients were68(31.6%) cases vs196(58.0%) cases,.P=0.000.One-way analysis showed that age, hypertension, sex,BMI, diabetes mellitus, folic acid, HDL-C,triglyceride, homocysteine, carotid artery intima-media thickness had relationship with valvular calcification. On the dualistic forward further conditional Logistic regression.Results showed that age,hypertension, homocysteine, carotid artery intima-media thickness are the risk factors of valvular calcification.Conclusion:In SDHVD, mainly involving the valve is aortic valve,the followed is mitral valve.Tricuspid valve and pulmonary valve are little involved. The independent risk factors of valvular calcification are age, hypertension, homocysteine, carotid artery intima-media thickness.
