Efficay Shugan Jian Pi Huoxue Method Joint ETV Treatment Of Hepatitis B Live Cirrhosis

Objective:To observed dispersing stagnated liver qi for strengthening spleenand activating blood method joint ETV treatment Hepatitis B cirrhosis Clinical efficacy,and improve the situation of symptoms and signs.Explore its mechanism,Provide the basis for the combination of two drugs used in clinical.Methods:50cases diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B were selected from the out-patient and in-patient during May2012and November2012in Jiangsu Province hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine. The patients were randomly divided into two groups:hypochondriac pain (treatment group)and proprietary Chinese medicines (control group), both of them were treated for six months. Signs, symptoms, liver functions; HA, IVC, PCIII situation,HBV-DNA, HBeAg seroconversion were observed before and after treatment in the first three months and six months.Results:1. Two groups of patients after treatment symptoms and signs of TCM integral compared with before treatment were improved.Significant difference was showed between two groups.2. Two groups of patients with liver function improved significantly than before.AST, AST, in treatment group have significantly amended (p<0.05),Between the two groups was no significant difference in the level of TB.3.Significant differences of intergrates of HBV-DNA in treatment were found between treatment group and the control group. No statistical difference was shown on TheHBV-DNA between two groups.4.The HBeAg serological of both group are converted after treatment. HBeAg serological have converted32%of the negative rate of the treatment group,28%of the negative rate of the control group.5.After treatment, the level of liver fibrosis were significantly improved.But the contrast between the two groups, HA was not statistically significant, IV collagen significantly different (p <0.05).IH procollagen3months after treatment was not statistically significant (p>0.05),6-month was significantly (p<0.01). 6.There were not unsafe event occurs during treatment.Conclusion:Entecavir Combined with Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Decoction can full play to the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medeicine.Combination therapy can effectively improve patientsymptoms.improve the response rate of ETV for hepatitis B virus.Can delay the progress to decompensated cirrhosis.Significantly reduce the ncidence of HCC.This is of great significance in antiviral treatment and prognosis of liver cirrhosis.
