Shugan Huoxue On Lower Limb Ischemia Model In Rats Experimental Study And Their Clinical Efficacy Of A Retrospective Survey

Purpose:Through thromboangiitis obliterans patients based on treatment and therapy+Shugan Huoxue Act of lower limb ischemia after treatment to improve symptoms and signs of the retrospective study,to compare the clinical efficacy of these methods,for the treatment of lower extremity ischemic disease to provide the basis for selection;And through observation of combined Rhubarb Powder Chaihu Zhechong pill on the lower limb ischemia model of rat peripheral blood progenitor cells(EPC)the effect of Shugan Huoxue explore Chinese medicine treatment of lower limb ischemia on the possible role of disease mechanisms.Methods:Experimental study:50 SD Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: Traditional Chinese Medicine Group for 20,Model Group for 20,Control Group for 10;Chinese Medicine Group and Model Group,the use of the right lower limbs and branches of femoral artery ligation surgery excluding lower limb ischemia model in rats,The Control Group only exposed femoral artery ligation, but not femoral artery and its branches.Designed after the Traditional Chinese Medicine Group gavage dose Chaihu Shugan San Zhechong rhubarb decoction pill, for 7 days.Testing before and after of the 1,3,7-day time point in rat peripheral blood of four pairs of fluorescence-positive cells(CD₃₄⁺VEGFR₂⁺) ratio of change.Clinical observation:Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital 2002.10-2007.1 Thromboangiitis Obliterans 70 cases of patients,According to the different treatment based on treatment group is divided into 30 cases and the basis for the treatment of+40 cases of liver Huoxue group;Before and after the treatment of numbness,skin temperature,skin color,rest pain,intermittent claudication and other symptoms and signs of recovery finishing score, conducted a retrospective comparative study.Results:Experimental study:Traditional Chinese Medicine Group and Model Group EPC to reflect changes in peripheral blood of CD₃₄and VEGFR₂ positive cells double fluorescence ratio increased in varying degrees(P＜0.05),Traditional Chinese Medicine Group increased more significantly(P＜0.05).Clinical observation:Treatment+Shugan Huoxue therapy group was superior to the basis of efficacy of the treatment group(P＜0.05),And can significantly increase the resting pain and intermittent claudication of the clinical efficacy(P＜0.05).Conelusion:Basis for the treatment of conditions in a combination of traditional Chinese medicine Shugan Huoxue method to better control and improve Thromboangiitis Obliterans clinical symptoms and signs,Significantly better than the basis of efficacy of the treatment group.Of lower limb ischemia model in rats demonstrated that Shugan Huoxue method of traditional Chinese medicine by enhancing the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)on the mobilization of hematopoietic tissue,increase peripheral blood progenitor cells(EPC) number,thus improving the situation of limb ischemia.
