Glycyrrhiza uralensis is an important plant resource in arid area.It has many excellent characteristics,such as cold resistance,heat resistance and cold resistance.It has strong vitality.It not only has the function of windbreak and sand fixation,but also is a valuable raw material in tobacco,food,chemical and pharmaceutical industries.Experts predict that the future of Glycyrrhiza will develop in a large area to artificial planting,and the market prospect is very broad.In recent years,the licorice industry has been developing rapidly in the Hexi Corridor desert area of Northwest China.The cultivation scale has been expanding year by year.The cultivation technology has been developing towards standardization and standardization,and the cultivation mode has also been developing mechanically.However,the existing Glycyrrhiza mining machinery or mechanized mining and mining methods in our country are all bottlenecks affecting the large-scale development of licorice planting because of insufficient mining depth,high loss rate and serious mechanical damage.Therefore,this study systematically constructs an effective excavation mode and equipment of licorice finally with constructing effective liquorice digging mode as its purpose,the functional thinking mode of product development and design as a guide,combined with system analysis and optimization method,through the systematic information collection and sorting,the structure analysis and construction of functional model,the system analysis and optimization of the mechanical structure,and the repeated improvement and optimization of the final scheme.Compared with licorice mining machinery in the market,aiming at effective extraction of licorice,the mechanical equipment constructed in this study has a good advantage in effective implementation of deep excavation,better protection of medicinal materials,reducing power consumption,and adapting to small area mining and protecting soil structure.And the machine is designed to maximize the realization of the general and standardized parts.All parts are linked by thread,so that the mechanical design can meet the industrial mass production assembly flexibility and convenient maintenance requirements,in order to change the drawbacks of current market,which brought by the mechanical structure of licorice excavation in welding processing.In this paper,the model of the effective research method is systematically expounded,and the final results are displayed in all directions.
