Spectral rapid nondestructive testing technology is of great importance in the development of jujube industry in southern xinjiang.In the purchasing,storage,cleaning,drying and other processing links,the quality of red red jujube need to be tested by modeling.Because each processing temperature on the near infrared spectrum has a great influence on nondestructive testing results,in order to improve the precision and stability of the red jujube nondestructive testing model,the temperature is a critical factor to carry out the research,the author of this paper.The water content of jujube was taken as the main index to determine the temperature under different typical environmental conditions.A typical temperature near infrared and hyperspectral database of jun jujube in southern xinjiang was established.The temperature correction model of jujujube in southern xinjiang was established by using PLS,PCR correlation coefficient,spectral model transfer modeling method,etc.It can be used for outdoor drying,purchasing,cleaning,processing and storage of red dates moisture rapid detection.In addition,nondestructive testing technology has been popularized and applied in group farms around yishi.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The single temperature model is more accurate in predicting the temperature of the date samples in the corresponding temperature environment,and the single temperature model is unstable in detecting the date samples at different temperatures.(2)Under different temperature red jujube 970 nm,1212 nm and 1700 nm wavelength have bigger difference,single temperature model forecasting red jujube in the corresponding temperature environment quality is relatively accurate,temperature mixture model under different temperature detection of red jujube has good temperature adaptability.The standard deviation of the mixed model is Rc0.931 and Rp0.894 respectively.(3)Based on near infrared temperature model,explore using Hyperspectral Sorting System with high spectral acquisition under the condition of different red jujube Hyperspectral data,through the model transfer algorithm Hyperspectral red jujube quality model is established,through comparison results for the prediction data before and after the transfer,no too much difference,can be used in the environment of outdoor air and rapid detection.
