It is urgent to develope a dimunitive classification device for individual farmer group in kiwi productin.And on-line non- destructive testing of kiwi internal quality is one of the key technologies.Kiwifruit is characterised by cooked fresh food after a long storage period and Brix content is an important indicator of its flavor and taste.Therefore,it is important to choose reasonable online non- destructive testing conditions and study near-infrared spectrosc opy NDT kiwi sugar content.In order to provide the conditions and technologies for developing a small aclassification device,in this study, basic experiments was conducted to explore the needed conditions of on-line monitoring and detection;near-infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics prediction was used to built the kiwi Brix prediction model And it was validated.The main contents and methods of this study are as follows:(1)The sugar content in different parts of kiwi was compared; a experiment model for near infrared non-destructive testing. The kiwifruit was divided into stem, calyx, equator three parts, thus there were three parts of correlation with total sugar degree; the correlation analysis of fruit stalk sugar and total sugar R2 is 0.945; calyx sugar and total sugar R2 is about 0.958; the equator sugar and total soluble solids R2 is about 0.97, so the equator part is chosen as near infrared nondestructive test position.(2)Study of near infrared test platform; Selecting precision instruments: height gage, trimming test bench. The distance between sensor to kiwi testing parts and halogen lamp to kiwi detection is the key of the success. The height gauge ensures the changeless distance from sensor to kiwi detection part; fine-tuning test bench ensures the probe can be arrived at each test site; guiding fine-tune test platform for movement.(3)Analysis of near infrared nondestructive detection of sugar content of Kiwifruit: After study,select near-infrared wavelengths 400-1100 nm.In terms of different storage perio ds,built Relationship model betweeen kiwi Brix and reflectionrate.Thereby, it can be confirmed that kiwifruit storage time is an important factor in building the relationship model bet ween the sugar content and the reflection rate. Establishing internal quality prediction model kiwi, taking into account the effect of storage time on the model.In establishing an internal quality prediction model of kiwi, the effect of storage time should be taken into account on the model.Research on kiwi near infrared NDT test position provides the foundation of near infrared NDT test, using near infrared spectroscopy to detect kiwifruit sugar degree,the research results will determine the harvest time and theoretical basis and technical support for fast quality nondestructive testing.
