This project examined the use of several mycotoxins and mold-removing agents in broiler chickens using a moldy corn model(90% basal diet + 10% moldy corn).A mycotoxin mold-removing agent was designed and tested in the above experiment. Its use effect provides a reference for the evaluation of the use effect of mycotoxin mold-removing agent in practice. In Experiment 1,672 healthy white feather broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into A(normal corn drinking group, basal diet +10% normal corn),and B(high-dose normal corn drinking water group, basal diet +10% Normal corn, detoxification enzyme 1g watered 3L),C(low-dose normal corn drinking water group, detoxification enzyme 1g watered 5L),D(mildew corn water drinking group, basal diet +10% moldy corn),E(high-dose moldy Corn drinking group, basal diet+10% moldy corn, detoxification enzyme 1g watered 3L),F(low-dose moldy corn drinking water group, basal diet +10% moldy corn, detoxification enzyme 1g watered5L),G(mixed Feed group, detoxifying enzyme 500g/t)7 groups, each group containing 8 replicates, each containing 12 chickens.During the whole test period of35 days, the test results showed that: 1 moldy corn can significantly reduce the feed intake of broilers in the early period(P<0.05),there is a trend to reduce body weight gain(P=0.0767)and increase the feed ratio(P=0.0519)Significantly reduce the level of glucose in the blood(P<0.05)and increase the AFB1 content in the liver(0.05<P<0.10).2 Adding detoxification enzymes had no significant effect on the production performance, serum biochemical indexes and AFB1 level in the normal corn group(P>0.05).3 Adding detoxification enzymes can increase the production performance of moldy corn group, increase the blood glucose, total protein and albumin content(P < 0.05)in 21-day-old blood, and significantly reduce the AFB1 content in liver(P <0.05).Drinking water with high-dose detoxification enzyme(1g/3L)was better than drinking water with low dose(1g/5L)and condiment addition(500g/t).Therefore,when the diet is contaminated with mycotoxins or there is a potential threat of contamination,it is recommended that liver detoxification enzymes be added in broiler drinking water at a dose of 1 g/3L.Experiment 2 Select three kinds of adsorbent de-mould agents commonly used in the market to conduct tests, namely, the agent X,the agent Y and the agent Z.Three hundred healthy 1-day-old white feather broilers with good health and similar weight were randomly divided into A,B,C,D and E groups according to the single-factorial design. The A group was the control group and was fed 90% of the basal diet.+10%moldy corn;Group B was fed 90% basal diet + 10% mildew corn + mildew agent X(1000g/t);Group C was fed 90% basal diet + 10% mildew corn + off Fungi Y(500g/t);Group D was fed 90% basal diet + 10% mildew corn + mold extract Z(500 g/t);Group E was fed 100% basal diet. Each group contains 6 replicates, each containing10 chickens. The test results show that the performance of the whole-phase production performance data is better than that of the mold-removing agent Y than that of the mold-removing agent X.In Experiment 3,192 healthy white feather broilers with good health and similar weights were randomly divided into A(90% basal diet + 10% normal corn,no additives)and B(90% base day).Grain + 10% normal corn, add "Sibao No.1",C(90% basal diet + 10% moldy corn,no additives),D(basal diet,no additives),four groups each 4 replicates, each containing 12 chickens. The test results show that Sibao No.1 can reduce the ratio of feed to meat and improve production performance.Through the research of this project, the feasibility of using the model of 90%basal diet + 10% moldy corn to evaluate the demycotic agent can be used to evaluate the products on the market.
