The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different nutrients on growth performance, serum biochemistry and immune organ index of white feather broilers. This experiment is divided into two parts.Experiment 1:Total of 384 healthy 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups according to the principle of similar body weight, with 8 replicates in each treatment group and 12 chickens in each replicate. The four treatment groups are:Control group(basal diet);PR group(basal diet+20mg/kg puerarin);Essential oil(1)group(base diet+100mg/kg essential oil);Essential oil(2)group(base diet+500mg/kg essential oil). The trial period is 42 days.Experiment 2:Total of 384 healthy 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups according to the principle of similar body weight, with 8replicates in each treatment group and 12 chickens in each replicate. The four treatment groups are:Control group(basal diet);Hydrolyzed tannin group(base diet+300mg/kg hydrolyzed tannin);Catechin extract group(basal diet+300mg/kg catechin extract);Lactobacillus zea group(each basal diet+10~8lactobacillus zea). The trial period is 28 days. The experiment 1 results show that:(1)Effects of puerarin and complex essential oil on growth performance of white feather broilers:In 0-14d,15-21dand 0-21d,there was no significant difference in the growth performance of each group(P>0.05).In 22-42d,compared with the control group,PR group, essential oil(1)group and essential oil(2)group significantly reduced the FCR of white feather broiler by 8.86%,6.33%and 10.76%(P<0.05);compared with the control group,PR group and essential oil(1)group,the ADG gain of white feather broilers in the essential oil group(2)was significantly 8.45%,6.08%and 5.68%,(P<0.05).In 0-42d,compared with the control group, the FCR of white feather broilers was significantly reduced by 2.42%and 3.03%in the PR group and the essential oil(2)group(P<0.05).(2)Effects of puerarin and complex plant essential oil on serum biochemistry of white feather broilers:at d21,compared with the control group, essential oil group(1)was significantly reduced 58.4%of AST(P<0.05),essential oil group(2)was significantly reduced19.04%of TBIL,32.73%of AST,22.95%of ALT,19.05%of TG(P<0.05);compared with the PR group, essential oil group(1)was significantly reduced 56.3%of AST(P<0.05),essential oil group(2)was significantly reduced29.76%of AST(P<0.05),compared with the essential oil(1)group,essential oil group(2)was significantly reduced 29.17%of TBIL,14.16%of TG(P<0.05).At d42,compared to the control group,PR group was significantlyreduced 17.64%of TBIL,21.81%of AST,28.86%of ALT,24.46%of TG(P<0.05),essential oil group(1)was significantly reduced 56.3%of AST,26.18%of ALT(P<0.05),essential oil group(2)was significantly reduced 28.19%of AST,29.65%of ALT,26.43%of TG(P<0.05);compared with the PR group, essential oil group(1)was significantly reduced 32.19%of AST(P<0.05),compared with the essential oil(1)group,essential oil group(2)and PR group was significantly reduced19.16%TG and 17.31%of TG(P<0.05).(3)Effects of puerarin and complex plant essential oil on immune organ index of white feather broilers:puerarin and complex essential oil had no significant effects on thymus index, bursa index and spleen index of d42 white feather broilers. The experiment 2 results show that:(1)Effects of hydrolyzed tannins, catechin extract and lactobacillus zea on growth performance of white feather broilers:In 0-14d,15-21d and 22-28d,there was no significant difference in the effects of hydrolyzed tannins and catechin extract on the growth performance of broilers compared with the control group. In 15-21d,compared with the control group, the lactobacillus zea group significantly reduced the ADFI and FCR of broilers by 12.12%and 11.03%(P<0.05).(2)Effects of hydrolyzed tannins, catechin extract and lactobacillus zea on serum biochemistry of white feather broilers:at d21,compared with the control group, hydrolyzed tannin, catechin extract and lactobacillus zea significantly increased the TB content in broiler serum by 6.75%,11.01%and 14.55%(P<0.05).Hydrolyzed tannin, catechin extract and lactobacillus zea significantly increased the ALB content in broiler serum by 6.83%,17.46%and 9.59%(P<0.05).Lactobacillus zea significantly increased the Ca content in broiler serum by 10.8%(P<0.05).At d28,compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in hydrolyzed tannin and catechu extracts aout Ca content, but lactobacillus zea significantly increased Ca a content by 8.2%(P<0.05).(3)Effects of hydrolyzed tannin, catechin extract and lactobacillus zea on immune organ index of white feather broilers:hydrolyzed tannin, catechin extract and lactobacillus zea had no significant effects on thymus index,Bursa index and spleen index of d28 white feather broilers. Conclusion:under the conditions of this experiment, the addition of 500mg/kg compound plant essential oil and 20mg/kgpuerarin to the feed in Test 1 has a certain improvement effect on the growth performance, liver function and lipid metabolism of 42-day-old white feather broilers;500mg/kg compound plant The effect of essential oil is better than 20mg/kg puerarin;the addition of 300mg/kg hydrolysable tannin, catechin extract and Lactobacillus zea to the feed in Experiment 2 has a certain improvement effect on the protein metabolism in the early serum of28-day-old white feather broilers, and Lactobacillus zea can improve the metabolism of calcium in the serum of white feather broilers.
