In this study,the method of silver nitrate of Grimelius was used to study the digestive tract of 12 development stages of the CZ-SPF gallus.That is 1 days,2 days,3days,7 days,10 days,14 days,21 days,28 days,140 days,175 days,280 days and 420 days.The results showed that the different growth stages of the digestive tract in the esophagus and crop,all other parts on the distribution of silver eosinophilic cells.In the glandular stomach,argyrophil cells in cone shape and spindle shape,distribution in the gland;The pylorus of argyrophil cells in cone shape,mainly distributed in between acinar acinar epithelial cells and lamina propria;Small intestine of argyrophil cells in the fusiform and drop shaped,main distribution in acinar cells,epithelial cells and basal lamina propria;Rectal part of argyrophil cells in cone shape and spindle shape,the base is mainly distributed between acinar epithelial cells and epithelial cells;The cecum of argyrophil cells in the oval,between mainly distributed in acinar cells between glandular epithelial and epithelial cells in the base.The number of eosinophils distribution in different parts in the same growth stage of silver cells,in addition to 1days,7 days,175 days and 420 days,the peak density distribution are located in the rectum,cecum were located at the lowest point of silver eosinophilic cell density of all growth stages.This study also uses the biotin avidin peroxidase(Avidin-biotin complex method,ABC)of the chicken SJ5-SPF method in 12 growth stages of the digestive tract in different parts of the 5-HT(5-hydroxytryptamine)and Gas(Gastrin)detection of 2 kinds of endocrine cells showed different growth stages of the digestive tract in the esophagus and crop,the other parts are 5-HT cell distribution.In the glandular stomach,5-HT cells mainly distributed in the water drop shape,gland;Pyloric 5-HT cells with a cone shape and oval,mainly distributed in the acinar between glandular epithelial and acini in the lamina propria of the small intestine;The 5-HT cells with a cone-shaped,teardrop shaped and spindle shape,between the main distribution in between,the epithelial cells of intestinal mucosa epithelial cells and acinar base;Rectum 5-HT cells with round and long spindle,mainly distributed in the acinar epithelial cells and base;Cecum 5-HTcells with round based,mainly distributed in the acinar glands,vesicle epithelium and epithelial cells between the base.5-HT cells in the same growth stage of the number of different parts of the distribution,in addition to 14 days,the peak of the density distribution is located in the rectum,in all growth stages of the lowest density of 5-HT cells are located in the glandular stomach.Gas cells are only distributed in the digestive tract of the pylorus and small intestine,pyloric Gas cells mainly in the water drop shape,mainly distributed in the base,between epithelial cells and acinar epithelial acini;Duodenal Gas cells with round and pear shaped,mainly distributed in epithelial cells,epithelial cells and natural base the layer;Jejunum Gas cells with spindle shape,mainly distributed in the epithelial cells,alveolar epithelial and basal lamina propria;Ileal Gas cells with spindle shape,mainly distributed in acinar epithelial cells,between the base and the lamina propria.The number of Gas cells in different parts of the same growth stage,except for 7 days,the peak of the density distribution was located in the pylorus.Endocrine cells form is varied,but altogether there are both closed and open cells,circular and elliptical endocrine cells belong to a closed type,perform endocrine function;Pyramidal and triangular endocrine cells belong to the open,the execution exocrine function;Spindle of endocrine cells have two protuberant point to lumen and lamina propria respectively,it has both inner and exocrine dual function;In addition,also observed that there are two endocrine cells close to stick together,it can provide the morphological basis for cell paracrine function.
