In this study, the method of silver nitrate of Grimelius was used to study the digestive tract of 12 development stages(1d, 3d, 7d, 10 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d, 140 d, 182 d,210d, 280 d,420d) of the CZ-SPF gallus.The results showed that the argyrophil cells were found in tracts, except the esophagus in all different ages.The glandular stomach of argyrophil cells mainly distributed in glandular lobe of the lamina propria or epithelial cells in the base of, the shape of the cone shape, occasionally round or oval,cone-shaped addicted to silver cell protrusions pointing in the stomach cavity or lamina propria; Pyloric addicted to silver cells mainly distributed in the acinar or lamina propria, fusiform, pyramidal and oval, pyramidal or fusiform addicted to silver cells with processes and point to the inherent layer or acinar cells,and It was observed that the cells in the 14 d were formed.In the small intestine, the cells are mainly distributed in the cell of the cell, the base and the intrinsic layer of the cell, the cell morphology is diverse,there are cone shape, oval shape, and the cone shape of the cell, the cell of the,and two closely connected cells were also observed in the ileum in the 14 d.In rectum and cecum,the cells of the cell are distributed between the epithelial cells and the alveolar cells,which are in the shape of a cone. Compared with the argyrophil cells in different parts of the digestive tract from the same age, the argyrophil cells distribution number peak is located in the glandular stomach and rectum by the method of statistical analysis of the CZ-SPF gallus old, trough located at the pylorus and the cecum; at 140 d glandular stomach and pyloric addicted to silver cell distribution quantity is higher than other days of age.At the same time, the localization of 5- serotonin(5-HT) cells and gastrin cells(GAS) cells in the digestive tract was studied by avidin-biotin complex methods(ABC).The result show that,5-HT cells distributed in the digestive tract except the esophagus and crop,The 5-HT cells in the stomach and pylorus are mainly distributed in the cell and the intrinsic layer of the cell.5-HT cells in the small intestine are mainly distributed in the alveolar cells and epithelial cells. The shape of the 5-HT cells were mainly round and cone shape, and the cone shape of the 5-HT cell processes point to the alveolar cavity or the intestinal lumen.At the same day, the distribution of 5-HT cells in the digestive tract of different parts of the digestive tract was the largest, and thedistribution of the glandular stomach and the H. pylori was the least.The 5-HT cells in the digestive tract in gastric and pyloric gland, other segments were higher than other age groups, and the difference was significant in 420 d.And GAS cells are only distributed in the pylorus and small intestine, the gas cells in the pyloric distribution between acinar cells, into a cone shape or oval, conical gas cell protrusions pointing to the acinar lumen; gas cells in the small intestine distribution between the epithelium basally or acinar cells, a cone shape, the projections point to the intestinal or acinar cavity.On the same day age in different parts of CZ-SPF gallus in the digestive tract of gallus in gas cells in the pyloric distribution number higher than other parts, and the difference was significant; 10 days CZ-SPF gallus digestive tract except the pyloric intestine gas cell distribution quantity were higher than other days of age group, the difference was significant.
