Inonotus obliquus is a rare and valuable medicinal fungus.However,there is a shortage of wild resources at this stage,and large-scale artificial cultivation of it has not yet been realized.As a result,the liquid deep fermentation culture was carried out,it has the advantages of short production cycle,low cost and bioactive secondary metabolites in the fermentation liquid.So the development and utilization of the fermentation of the Inonotus obliquus are of profound significance.This paper studied the growth and immune performance and bacteriostasis and anti-virus effect of the Inonotus obliquus fermentation products on poultry in order to provide useful reference for the development of green feed additives and adjuvants.(1)Screening of high-quality fungal fermentationThree kinds of fermentation(GSFP,TRFP and IOFP)of three fungi(Fomes Japonica,Trametes,and Inonotus obliquus YU strain)by secondary screening were studied on enhancing the growth and immune performance of poultry.We added different kinds of fermentation products in daily grain and measured and analyzed the index of immune organs and the proliferation rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBMC)at different time points.The results showed that all the three kinds of fungi fermentation can enhance the growth and immune performance of the organism.And the group added Inonotus obliquus fermentation showed the best effect,it can significantly increase daily gain,reducing feed-meat ratio,improving the form of intestinal tissue,meanwhile,it can promote the development of immune organs and enhance the proliferation and differentiation of PBMC.(2)The effects of different concentrations of Inonotus obliquus fermentation on growth and immune performance of chickenBased on the research above,we screened the optimum concentration of Inonotus obliquus YU strain fermentation.The fermentation products of different concentrations were added in the feed(0.2%,0.4%,0.8%,1%,2%).And the growth target and immune organ index and nonspecific immune index(total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)and serum lysozyme(LSZ)of the chicken were compared and analyzed at different time points.The results showed that the fermentation products of YU strain were promoting the growth and immunity ofchicken,meanwhile,the promotion effect on the growth performance of chicken was verified again,and the optimal concentration was determined by 0.8%.(3)The effect of Inonotus obliquus fermentation on immune effect of NDV vaccineOn the basis of the optimum concentration of 0.8%,we further studied its effect on enhancing vaccine immunity.The test was divided into groups of A,B,C and D,Group A was a negative control group(without any addition to feed,immune injection PBS);Group B and group C were the experimental group,and the feed respectively consisted of 0.8% Inonotus obliquus fermentation and 0.2% astragalus polysaccharide(immunization 357 inactivated vaccine);Group D was a positive control group(nothing was added to the feed,immunized by 357 inactivated vaccine).The immunological indicators of chicken(Newcastle disease antibody titers and neutralizing antibodies)were measured at different time points.The results showed that the Newcastle disease antibody titers are all 2%-3% higher than that of the control groups.Meanwhile,at the age of 14 and 21 days after the first immune,the content of IFN-? and Ll-4 in the serum of each experimental group was determined and the ratio of IFN-?/Ll-4 was calculated.The results showed that the ratio of the experimental group are all higher than that of the control group,whereas there was no significant difference between groups B and C(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the ratio of each trial group(P>0.05).Finally,we performed a test of the protection of poison.The results showed that Inonotus obliquus fermentation had a good immune enhancement effect on the inactivated seedlings of NDV357.(4)Study on the antibacterial and antiviral in vitro effect of the fermentation of Inonotus obliquusWe studied the in vitro inhibitory effects of Inonotus obliquus fermentation on some common types of bacteria(E.coli,Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus)and of Newcastle disease virus.The results showed that the antibacterial effect on the three strains was in different degree,which indicates that the fermentation of Inonotus obliquus is of broad-spectrum antibacterial effect and it also has a significant effect on the inhibition of the proliferation replication of Newcastle disease virus.
