Cultivated land is the most important material basis for agricultural production of rural farmers.The quality of cultivated land has a direct impact on the yield and quality level of agricultural products.Guangxi has carried out two soil surveys in 1958?1960 and 1979?1984 years,and obtained a large amount of soil information,which provides an important basis for the improvement of arable land and scientific fertilization.Since 2005,national Ministry of Agriculture organized a nationwide soil fertilizer action test,with the construction of environment-friendly and resource-saving intensive agriculture as the goal,in an efficient,economic,ecological,safety,scientific as a direction to promote the healthy development of the comprehensive fertilization,promote agricultural sustainable development.Based on the analysis of Current situation of domestic and external development of soil testing and formula fertilization,present situation of soil testing and formula fertilization,land type,basic condition of crop cultivation and development process and effect of soil testing and formula fertilization in Binyang town of Guangxi Province,a survey has been carried out on the implementation of soil testing and fertilizer in Binzhou town of Binyang county since 2008.It has played an important role in increasing the income of local farmers and promoted the development of agriculture in Binzhou town and even in the whole county.Concretely show:First,the basic situation of Binzhou town agricultural production fertilization and soil fertility changes,soil fertility and fertilizer use and other basic conditions.Second,summed up the main experience of soil testing formula fertilization promotion and application,is the main leadership attaches great importance and departments cooperate with each other to enrich the technical force and perfect the infrastructure construction;collect data extensively and make full use of data;do well sampling and strengthen sample detection;analysis of experimental results,the organization of expert discussion and strengthen technical training good fertilization guidance;enter the villages and households in place,vigorously promote publicity and other important content.Third,the implementation of this technology has enabled Binzhou town to achieve remarkable results in terms of ecological,economic,social and farmer satisfaction.On this basis,some problems existing in the process of soil testing and formulated fertilization in Binzhou town were analyzed,such as the lack of professionals,technical force is weak;the lack of funds,the facilities of formula fertilization are not perfect;farmers fertilization of arable land use is not scientific,fertilization unbalanced development;fertilization unreasonable structure,the utilization rate of fertilizer is low;the phenomenon of blind fertilization still exists,and the agricultural environment is polluted;fertilization index system is not complete,experts recommend the system to be upgraded.According to the local conditions were putted forward to some countermeasures that by strengthening the experimental research,promoting advanced technology;paying attention to the input of funds,establishing long-term mechanism;strengthening propaganda,training skills for farmers?marketing a sound network,improving the level of production;implementing scientific fertilization,preventing fertilizer pollution;improving the fertilizer fertilization system,promoting economic development etc.to further promote soil testing formula fertilization technology has been widely used and long-term development in Binzhou town,to contribute to the construction of new socialist countryside.
