Agriculture is the basic industry of our national economy,the development of agriculture directly affects the country's long-term stability and stable,and the current most of our agricultural production still in the traditional stage,like data acquisition still use pen and paper,fertilizer has been adopted past experience,in order to solve these problems,the state for ten consecutive years the introduction of "a file" accelerate the development of agricultural information.In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology,mobile Internet technology,smart phones,mobile handheld Agricultural Services ushered in a new development opportunity.Smart phones replace traditional PDA,mobile 4G network instead of in-room wired network,professional and functional speed can adapt to popular demand for the agricultural development of information technology has played an important role.In this paper,soil testing and fertilizer technology,smart phones for mobile terminals,data collection,mobile for the purpose of fertilization,soil testing and fertilizer research and development of information systems based on smart phones.Taking Sixian,for example,by digging and sorting the results of soil testing and fertilizer project data to promote the achievement of the purpose of fertilization,mainly we made the following findings:1.To study the key technologies for mobile GIS system based on the development of smart phones,including mobile spatial orientation,the mutual interaction between the Web service requests,GIS server and Web servers;2.Based on the county Fertilization database,cultivated land fertility evaluation database,field collection database to build the system of spatial and attribute database;3.Through needs analysis and requirements of technicians,the use of the results of soil testing and fertilizer to build a regional and precise fertilization fertilization model Both models have advantages and disadvantages fertilizer,farmers can according to local conditions,select fertilization model is more applicable,guidance fertilization;soil testing and fertilizer to field survey database based on the design to achieve a rapid collection of field data;4.System to smart phones as the carrier,ArcGIS Server for the GIS server,Microsoft IIS network services platform,Fertilization established information systems based on smart phones,Application of the system of mobile spatial orientation,fertilization inquiry,inquiry soil properties,soil nutrient information query module made a detailed presentation.Design and implementation of the system to break the traditional agricultural fertilization mode,the true sense of realized scientific fertilization;smart phones as the carrier,to solve the traditional PDA in agricultural production difficult to promote issues;flexible development system and new mobile Internet the use of technology,has a certain significance for the development of information technology in other industries.
