| The development and application of bamboo harvesting equipment plays an important role in the The development and application of bamboo harvesting equipment plays an important role in the development of bamboo industry.At present,the harvesting of bamboo is still dominated by traditional hand-cutting.These machines generally have the fatal weakness of labor-intensiveness and low efficiency,which directly affect the development and application of bamboo.The development of new bamboo cutting equipment depends on the bamboo cutting mechanism in-depth study and comprehensive understanding.At present,the research on bamboo stalk cutting technology is lacking.For these reasons,this paper starts from the cutting mechanism of bamboo stalks.In this paper,according to the characteristics of bamboo stalks,the related mechanics experimental device was modified,and dynamic and static load cutting experiments on bamboo stalks were carried out,and related mathematical models were established.Get the following result:(1)The bamboo stalk under different conditions was subjected to dynamic load cutting experiment,showing a consistent change rule:(1)The bamboo stalk position and density respectively as a variable,and the cutting strength(static load),power consumption(dynamic load)showed a linear positive correlation between the different parts of the bamboo stalk cutting strength,power consumption The minimum values of cutting strength of bamboo stalks with different densities were 25.7908 MPa and 1.2685 J,respectively,the minimum values were 27.5421 MPa and 1.3656 J,respectively.(2)When bamboo age and moisture content of bamboo stalks were used as variables respectively,there was a quadratic function relationship between cutting strength(static load)and work load(dynamic load),in which bamboo stalks with water content of 30% The maximum cutting power and work load were 33.6986 MPa and 1.3488 J,respectively.The cutting strength and the power consumption of 3-4 years old bamboo stalks were the largest,with the values of 33.6986 MPa and 1.6302 J respectively.(3)When different angles of bamboo stalks are taken as variables,the change law between cutting strength(static load)and work load(dynamic load)is multiple.In order to ensure the harvesting efficiency,it is in accordance with the actual situation.Degrees-50 degrees of research and analysis,when the cutting angle changes between 0 degrees-30 degrees,showing a linear negative correlation between 30 degrees-50 degrees showed a quadratic function changes,The cutting strength and the minimum value of power consumption at the cutting angle of 40 degrees were 22.8817 MPa and 1.1598 J,respectively.It showed that the cutting resistance of bamboo stalks with the 40 degree angle was the smallest and the easiest to cut.(2)The bamboo stalk cutting in different directions was analyzed.The radial cutting strength of bamboo stalk was 21% greater than the chord cutting strength.The radial bending strength of bamboo stalk was higher than that of chord bending strength 17%,indicating that the bearing capacity of bamboo stem chord is worse than that of radial;(3)According to the change rule of the bamboo stalk’s cutting strength and work under the dynamic and static load,the related mathematical model was established.The correlations were analyzed and the significance of the effect on the stalk cutting was sorted according to the variables: cutting direction> moisture content> density> cutting angle> bamboo age> area. |
