| Cutting sunflower stalk is the most important part of sunflower harvesting.Cutter is the core part of sunflower harvesting machinery,and its parameters have a great impact on cutting efficiency and cutting quality.Therefore,this paper takes cutting energy consumption as the test index,carries out single factor test and multi-factor test respectively,and explores the influence of cutting speed,slip angle and cutter inclination on cutting energy consumption.A pendulum-cut sunflower stalk cutting test-bed is designed.The functions of the test-bed include:adjusting slip-cut angle,adjusting the clearance between movable and fixed knives,adjusting cutting speed,adjusting the position of sunflower stalk and cutter,adjusting the position of sunflower stalk and cutter,calculate the energy consumed by cutting sunflower stalks.The experiment of sunflower stalk cutting was carried out on pendulum-cut sunflower stalk cutting test-bed,and conclusions were obtained as follows:(1)The result of single factor test shows that the energy consumption decreases with the increasing cutting speed.When the cutting speed reaches 3.8m/s,the energy consumption is the smallest.When the slip angle increases from 10 to 20 degrees,the cutting energy consumption decreases gradually;when the slip angle increases from 20 degrees to 30 degrees,the cutting energy consumption increases gradually;when the slip angle is 20 degrees,the cutting energy consumption is the lowest.When the cutting edge angle changes from 30 to 45 degrees,the cutting energy consumption decreases;when the cutting edge angle changes from 45 degrees to 50 degrees,the cutting energy consumption increases;when the cutting edge angle is 45 degrees,the cutting energy consumption is the smallest.(2)The result of orthogonal experiment shows that the order of influence of each factor on cutting energy consumption is cutting speed>slip angle>cutting edge angle.The optimal combination of cutting energy consumption is slip cutting angle 15,cutting speed 3.8m/s and cutting edge angle 45.Based on the regression analysis of orthogonal test data,a regression model with cutting speed,slip angle and cutting edge angle as independent variables and cutting energy consumption as dependent variables were established.The experimental study can provide a theoretical basis for the design and a improvement of sunflower stalk cutter,which can promote harvest efficiency and reduce cutting energy consumption. |
