Analysis In Different Chinese Chive Cultivars Resisted To Allium Maggot And Study On Control Efficiency Of Botanical Pesticide To Allium Maggot

With the improvement of the living standards,food safety has attracted increasing attention due to its importance.All the consumers look forward to purchasing the pollution-free organic vegetables.How to scientifically control the Allium maggot and reduce the pesticide residue are the problems to be solved quickly of the Chinese chive planting.In this study,by using 20 Chinese chives cutivar with different sources and agricultural characters,we firstly studied the cluster analysis of resistance to Bradysia odoriphage for those cultivars.Meanwhile,Then I selected a botanical pesticide which has good effects on control diseases and insect pets on other plants,then studied the indoor inhibition and the control effects of Allium maggot.The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for chose the cultivars resisted to Bradysia odoriphage and importing the botanical pesticides to control the plant pests.The main results are as following.(1)Using three resistant indexs,field population density,number of injured/all and index of leaf injury as resistant appraisal standards.We studied the resistance of 20 Chinese chive varieties to Bradysia odoriphage with the cluster analysis by the SAS.The results showed that the resistance of 20 Chinese chive varieties were significantly different.Comparatively,9-2 and Yu-Jiu 1 had the strong resistance;the varieties,91-2,Zhu-Ganqing,Kuan-Jiuwang and Xue-Jiuwang were the most susceptible,and the other were middle between the above two.In addition,the results indicated that there were most significant correlation among 3 resistant indexs.(2)The article anlysize the changes of three enzymes after the 20 different Chinese chives damaged by Bradysia odoriphage,and discussion the effects of the POD,CAT and PAL during the Chinese chive's resistance to the Bradysia odoriphage.The results are as following:the different Chinese chives have different changes after damaged by radysia odoriphage.The activity of POD and PAL increase remarkably,but the changes of cultivars are different.The activity of CAT have different changes.The activity of CAT of Hanzhong Winter leek,Zhuganqing,Saisong,Yujiu-1 and Tangshan-Zigenjiu increase,and the activity of CAT of the else of Chinese chives decrease.(3)The indoor inhibition effects of botanical pesticide to Allium maggot shows that the drug has good inhibition effects;its highest inhibition is 83.55%under the concentration of 400 liquid which is slight inferior to the contrast phoxim,the bacteriostatic rate of 500 times liquid is slightly low.From the perspective of efficacy,the phoxin have the high and fast effectiveness.In the early days,the mortality of the Allium maggot increase rapidly,the amplification turn slowly subsequently.But the botanical pesticides have the constancy,the early mortality rate was low,but there was still a great improvement in the later stage.(4)The control effects of botanical pesticide to Allium maggot shows that the drug has good effects on inhibiting occur of maggots in field.In the five different dilutions,the effect on inhibiting occur of maggots is more effective only the concentration of 400 liquid,the bacteriostatic rate of 500 times liquid is slightly low,that is no significant difference.The inhibitory can reach the higher level after using medicine three days,and in the seventh day to peak,then decline sharply.On the fourteenth day the effects on inhibiting is lower than the level on the third day,which showed that the drug have the high and fast effectiveness.The effect of using the botanical pesticides is lower than the phoxim after three days but it can increase stably.The difference decreases gradually.In the fourteenth day it can reach the higher level.In this time,the difference between them is no significant.It shows that the botanical pesticides have the good effects on inhibiting occut of Allium maggot.
