At present, Chinese chive root maggot of chemical control directly lead to serious pesticide residues and food poisoning in the production. Although there are many ways to prevent maggots, long-term heavy use of chemical pesticide caused the Chinese chive pesticide residues, poisoning occurred frequently and the pollution of environment.To solve Chinese chive maggots cause chemical pesticide residues and in pursuit of high yield only use chemical fertilizer cause product pollution serious nitrate accumulation and nutritional quality degradation, based on the analysis of characteristics of occurrence and activity about maggots in facilities, block maggot source as the breakthrough point, use the skill kill eggs with Durivo and Metarhizium anisopliae efficient and safe and use cleaning fertilizer have no eggs to build efficient and safe maggot of control technolgy in facilities, at the same time use cleaning fertilizer can get high yield and good quality to improve the quality of Chinese chives safety, quality of product and nutritional quality.Explore the agronomic principle about maggot of efficient and safe control combined with high yield and good quality, enrich new technology of Chinese chives safety and high yield and good quality production, to further promote the benign development of vegetable industry in our country. This research mainly the results of the study are as follows:1.The horizontal distribution characteristics of the maggot: the ratio of maggot around root area is 96.7% to 99%, other area is 1% to 3.3%; the longitudinal distribution characteristics of the maggot: the ratio of maggot the area of false stem is 0, bulblet is 85%-92%, rhizomes is 8% to 15%, fibrous is also 0.2.Use the Durivo and Metarhizium anisopliae rrigate for Chinese chive roots, after using Durivo the rate of every hole sufferred, the rate of every plant sufferred and the number of maggot every hole are 0, Metarhizium anisopliae is higher than them and they are 4.1%, 2.2% and 7%. The order of all treatments show that CK > Metarhizium anisopliae > Durivo. Using the Durivo and Metarhizium anisopliae can both obviously control maggot, Durivo is better than Metarhizium anisopliae.3. After using Durivo, the rate of every hole sufferred, the rate of every plant sufferred and the number of maggot every hole about fermented black beans, humic acid liquid fertilizer, microalgae acid liquid fertilizer and amino acid liquid fertilizer are better than chicken manure of high-temperature disinfection, and they are 0; the rate of every hole sufferred about chicken manure of high-temperature disinfection significantly decreased by 51.0% than raw chicken manure, the rate of every plant sufferred reduced 68.2%, the number of maggot every hole reduced 45, different kinds of chicken manure can make maggot more or less, in the order of raw chicken manure > chicken manure after fermenting > chicken manure of high-temperature disinfection.4. Through the trend of growth performance index(GPI) calculated from plant height, stem diameter, shoot fresh weight and shoot dry weight for 5 kinds of organic nutrients were in the order of fermented black beans > humic acid liquid fertilizer≈microalgae acid liquid fertilizer > urea≈fermented chicken manure > amino acid liquid fertilizer,so fermented black beans, humic acid liquid fertilizer and microalgae acid liquid fertilizer are better for growth of Chinese chive; the nutritional quality of the second crop is better than the first crop, and the second crop nutritional quality of amino acid liquid fertilizer and urea are roughly the same; the amino acid liquid fertilizer total amino acid content of acid hydrolysis of protein and each composition are significantly higher than that of CK, the content of methionine and tyrosine compared with CK increase the most, amino acid liquid fertilizer is good for growth of Chinese chive. Through the trend of growth performance index by calculation, organic liquid fertilizer with black beans is biggest,organic liquid fertilizer compound is minimum.5. During two successive crop about the experiment of single organic fertilizer, nitrate content of in all organic fertilizer treatments was slightly lower than CK. But the second crop, the effect of reducing nitrate content is more obvious, the amino acid liquid fertilizer, hum ic acid fermented and fermented black beans reduce 35.5%, 29.6% and 24.1% respectively than CK, amino acid liquid fertilizer even showed the phenomenon that cumulative increase is lower than before.
