| Botanical pesticides are made from greenery and its extractive which contains activeconstituents to be used in insecticide, bacteriacide and so on. As a kind of biological pesticide,botanical pesticides has incomparable advantages, such as low toxic, degradable, environ-mental friendly, etc.. Recent years, scholars both in domestic and foreign have made remark-able progress in the study of botanical pesticides.To fuction object classification, botanical pesticides can be divided into botanical bac-teriacide such as botanical resistance to bacterial, antifungal, antiviral, botanical insecticide,botanical kill line agent and botanical herbicide, etc.; to active substance, they containterpenes, alkaloids, flavon oids, volatile oils, sterides, phototoxicity, toxalbumin and tannin.Botanical pesticides widely used in various aspects of the agricultural production.The grey mold, pemophythora and allium maggot cause great damage to Chinese chivein China, the use of high toxicity, and high residual chemical pesticide on control thesediseases and insect pest brings a series of serious problems which need to be solved. My studyselects a botanical pesticide which has good effects on control diseases and insect pests onother plants, then studied its control effects of grey mold, pemophythora and allium maggot,which can provide the basis datd of the prevention and control of diseases and insect onChinese chive.The inhibition effects of botanical pesticide to Botrytis cinerea show that the drug hasgood inhibition effects; its highest inhibition is92.43%under the concentration of400liquid,and the bacteriostatic rate of500times liquid is slightly low, that is no significantdifference.The inhibition effects of botanical pesticide to Phytophthora nicotianae show thatthe drug has good inhibition effects; its highest inhibition is93.78%under the concentrationof400liquid, and the bacteriostatic rate of500times liquid is slightly low, that is nosignificant difference. The inhibition effects of botanical pesticide on potted plants show thatthe drug has good control effect on grey mold of Chinese chive, the highest control effectwere93.97%and91.93%, and its protection is better than the treatment effect. The inhibitioneffects of botanical pesticide on potted plants show that the drug has good control effect ongrey mold of Chinese chive, the highest control effect were93.96%and91.45%, and itsprotection is better than the treatment effect. The indoor inhibiton effects of botanical pesticide to allium maggot shows that the drughas good effects on tag out and stomach toxicity to leek maggot, the highest death rate is82.76%which is slightly inferior to the contrast phoxim. The control effects of botanicalpesticide to allium maggot show that the drug has good effects on inhibiting occur of maggotsin field; achieve equal level with the contrast of phoxim.The effects of botanical pesticide to synthetical index of Chinese chive show that thedrug has good effect on Chinese chive, it can increase fresh weight and dry weight per plant,plant height, pseudostem, and leaf width, and the fiber content depressed, soluble sugar andbalmy oil content increased slightly. |
