Ornamental vegetable is a kind of edible and ornamental in one of the new vegetable.Because of its rich and colorful colors,strange and varied shape,it was loved and applied.In order to understand and use ornamental vegetables,this paper make the watch vegetables as the main research object,use the AHP analysis to evaluate the ornamental value of 30 kinds of ornamental vegetables,and detect five kinds of ornamental vegetables’ morphology and physiological response change after the low light irradiation and under formaldehyde circumstances.The main results of this paper as follows:1、To evaluate the ornamental evaluation of ornamental vegetables by combining the questionnaire results and the mathematical model of analytic hierarchy process.The results showed that the leaf color and leaf aggregation of leafy vegetables had a large proportion.The top three of leaf vegetables were kale,purple leaf cabbage and purple leaf lettuce.Flowers,the flower color and fruit color of Flowers,and fruit vegetables had a large proportion.The cauliflower ornamental of flower vegetables generally higher than fruit vegetables,such as: day lily,cauliflower.Fruit and vegetable dishes are mainly white kettle,pentagonal eggplant,Chaotian pepper,cherry tomatoes and so on.2、Under the same formaldehyde concentration,the MDA of the five kinds of vegetables were generally increased.The largest increase was purple leaf lettuce which is rose 126%.The least was red beet which was 67%.The SOD activity of the fruit vegetables were increased,but the leafy vegetables were generally decreased.The most decreased was yellowish beet which was 75.22%,and the least was red beet 69.5%.The POD activity was generally decreased.The red leaves sugar beet at least 23.89% and the yellow leaves sugar beet up to 80.23%.The CAT activity decreased from low to high followed as pepper,red beet,cherry tomato,purple leaf lettuce,yellow beet,which decrease at least 14.89%,up to 72.37%.The results showed that the red beet’s resistance of formaldehyde in the leaves was relatively strong,and then the others were cherry tomatoes,pepper,purple lettuce and yellow beet.3、Under the treatment with different formaldehyde concentration,the MDA of two kinds of beet was increased with the increase of formaldehyde concentration.The enzyme of yellow beet was higher,and the maximum difference was about 1.41 times.The activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD and POD)showed a single peak curve,which were reached a peak of 16.92 u / g · min and 42 u / g · min at a concentration of 0.01%.The CAT activity was decreased with the increase of concentration.The enzyme activity of red leaf beet was higher,and the maximum difference was about 49.42%.The results showed that the resistance of formaldehyde of red leaf beet was stronger than the yellow leaf beet.4、After the influence of different place about the low light irradiation indoor,the chlorophyll content of cherry tomato and purple leaf lettuce had smaller change under different environment among the five kinds of vegetables,and compared with the control group the chlorophyll content of purple lettuce,red leaf beet and yellow leaf beet were decreased by 15.5%,3.8% and 6.9% under the C2 environment.Compared with other environment C2(south side of the indoor)was the most suitable indoor planting place and the shade tolerance of cherry tomatoes and purple leaf lettuce was relatively better.5、Combined with plants and used three forms of point,line and surface to make the ornamental vegetables in the indoor environment.The vegetables must have better shade tolerance and certain ornamental value such as cherry tomatoes and cucumber.The location of the plant configuration should choose the area which close to the light source and have large lighting range.
