Grifola frondosa(cultivated strain H9 and H34)infected at the mycelium with were factory cunltivated in Jilin Agricultural University were researched.On the basis of the research,the pathogens were isolated from the polluted G.frondosa.According to the mutual relationship between the bacteria inhibition and inhibition of pathogenic fungi,the best inhibitory strains with inhibitory effects on the pathogenic fungi were screened,the best inhibitory conditions of the inhibit strains were studied,and finally antifungal of the pathogenic fungi were obtained all of which provided a basis for the application of the disease prevention and control in the large-scale and industrialized production of G.frondosa Research results were showed follows:1.17 strains of pathogenic fungi were isolated from the polluted of G.frondosa.According to their infectiousness,7 strains of them were infected diseases pathogenic fungi,the others were competitive disease pathogenic fungi.According to its extermal morphological characteristics and molecular,the infectious diseases pathogenic fungi were identified: T5 Trichodema atroviride and F1 Fusarium oxysporum.The competitive disease pathogenic fungi were also identified P6 Penicillium brevicompactum,and G8 Cladosporium uredinicola.2.399 bacteria and 30 actinomycetes were isolated from rhizosphere soil and cultivation material of G.frondosa.All othters were used by our Lab,total 564 bacteria and 42 actinomycetes were obtained.The inhibitory effect of the tested strains on pathogenic fungi were screened by using plate-plate confrontation method.The results showed that 3 bacteria had strong antagonistic effect on pathogenic fungi: strain 2-1 Burkholderia ambifaria?8-6 Pseudomonas mandelii?5-10 Serratia plymuthica?3.In antifungal experiment,the results showed that the antagonistic bacteria B.ambifaria,S.plymuthica.and P.mandelii had antifungi effect with the presence of the cells.Based on the results,antibacterial effect of antagonisti bacteria was investigated under the different nutritional conditions and fermentation time.The results showed that strain S.plymuthica had the best antifungal effect on P.brevicompactum after 72 h in beef sauce peptone medium.Both strain P.mandelii in PDB medium for 24 h and strain S.plymuthica in the beef peptone peptone culture medium for 72 h had the best inhibitory effect on C.uredinicola.Strain S.plymuthica also had the best inhibitory effect on T.atroviride in the PDB culture medium 60 h.It could be seen that S.plymuthica had antagonistic effects on the three pathogens of G.frondosa,and the antagonistic bacteria S.plymuthica had potential activity as antagonistic bacteria in disease infection of G.frondosa.
