With the rapid development of the edible fungi industry in China, wide varieties of edible fungi, including Flammulina velutiper, Pleurotus eryngii and Hypsizygus earmoreus, have realized annual production and been widely used by the public’s daily life. Grifola frondosa, which is a kind of macro fungi with edibility and medicality, has high value for health care. Since the beginning of China’s artificial cultivation of Grifola frondosa in 1980s, a seasonal cultivating model for Grifola frondosa is found based on the China’s production conditions. According to the past researches in the recent years, China’s researchers has already completed a preliminary investigation for industrialized cultivation of Grifola frondosa, but a complete industrialized cultivating process has not been established.Beginning with strain screening, current paper researches on the key steps in the process of industrialized cultivation of Grifola frondosa. The results show:1. Selected from 6 strains of Grifola frondosa, with the criterion as growth situation of strains and Sporophore, No. Gr0001+3 white Grifola frondosa is chosen with the most suitable adapting ability for industrialized production based on its features as fair growth situation, short growth period, average per unit yields as 102.72g and high-quality Sporophore.2. With the influence of b Biological Efficiency, the result show the highest average biological efficiency could reach 28.80% by applying cultivating package with flat-substrate-surface-with-air-space model,16.5cm height and 18cm bag fold diameter.3. The optimal compost is researched through the method by factorial designing analysis for the suitable compost ratio for Grifola frondosa production and D-Optimal-Mixed-Ingredients Method for designing the binomial between ingredient varieties and average per unit yield. For the results, it finds that the highest average per unit yield could reach 178.57g with the compost consisted by 35.5% wooden bits,36.3% cottonseed hull,18.8% cone flour,7.3% bran,1% sugar and 1% gypsum. The recipe could be applied in practical production with the success in test through experiments for its accuracy.4. It is found that post-ripening period of Grifola frondosa could be controlled in approximately 10d. Additionally, a relatively high Primordium Formation Rate could be reached through an approximately-9d bud pressing method after post-ripening. It is notable that over-lengthy post-ripening period and bud pressing time is not beneficial to uncovering conduction, as well as increases the production period.5. In the Sporophore growing period of Grifola frondosa, it could gain a relatively high biological efficiency and reducing expenditure of electricity with supply of 4001×and 12h/24h light.6. Current research reached a satisfactory result with an elementary conclusion of industrialized cultivating technical process of Gr0001+3 Grifola frondosa. In addition, a small-scale demonstrated promotion and application is realized for this technology.
